Not even a 1 star in my opinion. I bought a Topps Chrome football blaster yesterday. Out of the 28 cards ther were 2 sets of doubles. 6 Colts, 4 Ravens 4 giant 3 jets. Clearly catering ti the breakers. I've bought one box and already have double. Topps should never have a monopoly or even a company. The trading card industry will be nothing sooner rather than later. Never buy Topps your just wasting money. They will only give the breakers decent cards. I thought monopoly were illegal in America.

Topps sucks!!! the over priced product is deliberately held for breakers preventing the normal collectors that the Topps company was built on the backs of to rely on even higher marked up prices on the secondary market shame on you Topps you need to take the working man into consideration and stop catering to the douchebag breakers.

They officially ruined the hobby thanks Topps for letting scalpers buy 20 boxes of each product so nobody that doesn’t have bots can buy stuff on release and having a pathetic website it was crashing for 2 minutes on your release then when I stopped bugging everything sold out I have great WiFi 800+ Mbps your website server sucks and making cards that look like you gave a first grader 5 minutes and said make a “special card”what is that 1of1 dart card nothing is cool about that.

They will never let a regular sports card collector ever buy any of there big-time products on release , they want us to pay exorbitant resale prices that will be quadruple msrp ! They favor the corrupt breakers so they can maximize profits ! Kids will never be able to enter the hobby with Topps and fanatics having licenses for big sports ! Im about to be done with the hobby all together ! I believe Topps and fanatics will be the reason the hobby dies again

Man kommt nicht an die gefragten Boxen ran. Die bekommen anscheinend nur die großen Abnehmer. Und dann muss ich sie von Drittanbietern mit saftigem Aufpreis kaufen. Den Müll den keiner kaufen will kann man aber bestellen. Bekomme ständig mails zu Box releases aber egal wann man drauf geht ausverkauft. Vielen Dank für nichts ….

Bought into the season 5 Stranger Things hype and the cards were expensive but would be fine as these were good quality. Order took forever and then got the same base card 10 out of 10 times. What a joke, i would have expected at least one other random card for variation.

These were packed in a flimsy paper card package that can be opened and closed easily without breaking, easily manipulated i believe by anyone handling it so very much doubt "random" process.

First purchase from Topps direct and doubt i will buy again as seems these expensive single cards being so expensive, should have been sealed to have a more reliable chance to a variety and now feel its been manipulated to suit only those who purchased boxes.

I’ve been a loyal Topps customer and collector for years. I’m not a reseller. I’m not a breaker. I’m someone who actually enjoys collecting the product.
Recently I waited in your online queue for a release, only to finally get through and see it was completely sold out. Within minutes, the exact same product was all over resale sites and live break platforms at double or triple the price. That’s not bad luck. That’s a broken system.
It’s becoming painfully obvious that regular collectors don’t stand a chance. Whether it’s bots, large-volume breakers, or preferred resellers, the people who genuinely support the brand are getting squeezed out while flippers cash in.

Topps claims to support the hobby and the collector community — but the current release model does the opposite. When loyal customers wait in line and walk away empty-handed while resellers somehow secure bulk inventory, it sends a clear message about who actually matters.
Better bot protection. Real purchase limits. Transparent allocation. Something. Because right now it feels like the company is prioritizing volume and hype over fairness.
Collectors deserve better than this.

Bought 10 holiday tins of 2026 Topps Series 1. All the corners on the cards are compromised. I messaged and emailed the company regarding these defective cards. I haven't heard anything back. Do yourself a favor and avoid buying these cards, if they're damaged or defective, you're screwed!

I just received my 2026 series one box and over 90% of the cards are badly miscut. It is pathetic. You spend over $200 on a product and Topps cannot even provide decent quality control. Terrible product.

Topps is an absolute joke, submitted a full hobby box for defects over 3 months ago and they haven’t addressed the issue. I am beyond their quoted timeframe for submissions and they still won’t resolved the issue. Their response is we are backed up lol, not backed up to take our money though. Quality control is trash and they just scam people.

If you’re looking to get into the hobby or back into it, I would suggest you don’t! Your pockets will drain and you’ll be stuck with base cards up the wazzooo. Ain’t even fun when you don’t get the “guaranteed “ hits they promise when u spend hundreds of dollars on a single box. That’s common with them as well. Out of 8 hobby boxes, 2 didn’t have the guaranteed hits. That’s ridiculous. You guys have the will to give all the breakers the top cards, put your dam guarantees in the boxes for everyone your ripping off at least! Joke- what a joke-
Topps can fly a kite w all their bs.
Then if you pull a redemption card, it takes months to years or u might not even get the card at all. So it’s basically empty promises/fake advertising as well.

Ever since fanatics took over this company has gone to crap. Non English speaking reps, bad business practices and theft seem to be the cornerstone of their company now

This is the second time I ordered cards from Topps now and never received my cards. When I tried to reach out to Topps by email they replied that there is nothing they can do because it was not reported within 14 days from purchase. This last order I ordered 3 months ago and got a shipping release 3 weeks ago stating the order was shipped . Two weeks go by and I get a notification it was delivered. I never received the cards and when I reached out they stated sorry. Like I said this is the second order I payed for and did not receive. I spent $375 and nothing! Do not buy from Topps now they are terrible and won’t make things right! I’m an avid card collector and will not support this company ever again !

Update on my last review. They said $25 for shipping overnight then said that’s not even right. They said that just speeds up the process… that’s so misleading on their end and it’s been weeks and they won’t reply to me. Placed my $208 item on Jan 3 and it’s now the end of the month. What a scam

This company has the worst customer service of any company I've dealt with. I placed an order on Dec. 21st with 2 day shipping for Christmas. The order did not arrive on Dec. 31st and the company refuses to refund the extra shipping I paid. I will NEVER purchase from this poor excuse for a company again.

Finger weg Ware bestellt teil nur geliefert und dann wünsche dass man die Ware wieder zurücksendet, weil der Rest nicht geliefert wird. Paypal kann auch nicht helfen, da sie von mir verlangen ich soll die Teillieferung zurücksenden obwohl dies nicht mehr möglich ist, da ich die Teillieferung schon geöffnet hatte in der Hoffnung, dass der Rest auch geliefert wird.

Don't advertise around 2 weeks for delivery when 8 weeks later still getting delay excuses

I purchased the 2025 World Series Champions - Los Angeles Dodgers - MLB Topps NOW 15-Card Team Set on Nov-2-2025. I am pretty sure when is very first days Topps advertise for it. I have been waiting for more than 30days and got delays with unreasonable two times. Then they said because of delay my order eligible for cancel. I totally felt this is a false advertising and scam for holding customer money.
In this business, this is the worst that Topps disappointed fan/customer like me/us.
I won’t do business like that again.
Would not recommend tondo business with Topps.
Irresponsible customer service and lack of professional business.
Don’t waste your time, hope and money!
