I ordered a fence system on Friday Oct. 2nd. After I placed the order they stated it could take 7 to 14 days before the order was shipped. They don’t tell you this before they take your order. I tried the telephone number , I got two recordings . One was trying to get me a better Medicare supplement. The other was trying to give me medical device . After the two recordings, the line went dead. I tried this twice, same result. I’m not a fan of email, but I guess that’s how things are these days. I was trying to cancel my order . I recieved a couple of emails from them. One said they tried to get in touch with me, and in another they said it had been dropped shipped already, couldn’t do anything about it.
I do let people know when I get bad service. But I also let people know when I get good customer service. I recieved an email from Toolorbit today, telling me that if I wanted to , I could refuse shipment, and I would recieve my money back. To me that is great customer service. Most wood workers these days are in there 60 to 70’s. I prefer talking to people on the phone.

Faulty product and zero customer service
Ordered two Superior replacement sanding pads.
Both failed within less than two hours operation.
No response at all from the seller or manufacturer.
Save your money and your time.

Delayed response times via email, had to ask if the company was a scam before I got a reply. Took about 11 business days just to get the item shipped from their warehouse (plus the actual time in transit). Probably not worth the $10 I saved over ToolNut.

The shipping is extremely slow.
The absolute slowest shipping I have ever experienced from any retailer. I order on the April 2 and it is now April 10 and my order still has not even been shipped out.
