Kept in touch and informed me by e-mail of all developments of stock availability, card clearance, dispatch and delivery progress. Even the carrier delivery chap was brilliant and was happy to wait while I checked the mower for condition. PERFECT. Even checked all was OK after delivery! Thanks to all involved.
