While the sander arrived (Milwaukee M18 orbital) and works as it should - it feels like perhaps it was opened and returned as it was missing items the tag that usually comes with tools for the contests Milwaukee runs. The box had the seal broken as well. I didn't want to deal with having to return and wait so I kept the tool and so far so good - but it was strange and I think next time I'll either pickup in person. Other than that - the item arrived quickly and like I said it works. It's just strange.

Product arrived early and was what was advertised

Fast and convenient. The product is as expected, though the website didn't make it clear which hedge trimmer model we were buying until we received it. The model number was written in blue pen on the invoice. This detail is important because a newer model is now available, and we would have preferred that one.

Once the order was placed it took a few days before I was notified it had been shipped. Tuesday order received, but it would have been nice to receive something along the lines: Thank you for your order, it will take up to a few days to ready your order and have it picked up for delivery. We will notify you once it has been shipped and a delivery date.

Maybe nit picking but when I didn’t get any notification on the Wednesday I was a bit concerned if it was in stock or not and as to when I would receive it.
