Ordered from Toffs as I have had positive experiences in the past, but it appears as though it has been taken over by a new company. For starters, it appears to be the same company as UKsoccershop, which also has awful reviews, only the items are more expensive on Toffs. Not that it matters, of course, as you might never receive your item from Toffs. Despite boasting of 1-2 day delivery, it has currently been two weeks and nothing has been shipped. When I complained, I was brushed off with an inadequate excuse of varying dispatch times based on specific items. Save your money, avoid like the plague.

Scam !
I had ordered great products from them in the past but they clearly are having big issues and have resorted to scamming people.
I ordered two shirts in November and still have not received my order, they are now claiming the order was “lost”. I have not been refunded.
I have sent a total of 10 emails and before receiving a reply.
Avoid at all cost.

THE OLD FASHIONED FOOTBALL SHIRT CO LIMITED has been in liquidation since 2025.
Their address is now in Essex, the 0191 telephone number does not work, try it.
I don't know who is running this website now but it is not what it was in pre 2024.
Please avoid, they are saying they are based in Glasgow on one page on their website whilst retaining their old Newcastle address elsewhere on their site.
You have been warned.
I used to buy loads from them but don't trust this zombie resurrection.

Dont buy from this company, its Toffs and uksoccor I have ordered two of the same tops from these companies, I have not received any and not received my money back, I even paid for next day delivery and they said two to four week waiting...absolutely shocking

Order placed for a personalised football shirt as a Christmas gift that was never received. Follow up enquires were dismissed claiming standard timelines for completion of the order which were not consistent with those advertised on the website. Order was not fulfilled 3 months after being placed, the company did complete a refund, only after this was requested.

Bought a couple of old-fashioned football shirts a few years ago and they were a bit expensive but okay quality. The biggest issue was that the fit was too big - I ordered M but they fit like an L.

Thought i'd give them another go and ordered a sweatshirt for £65 (inc P&P) at the end of Feb. Thought I'd try and order an S in the hope it would fit like an M. I received a confirmation email immediately, but nothing since. I emailed for an update, but this was ignored. I have since emailed asking for a refund.

The company has been around for a while and been advertised in reputable media so I didn't bother checking recent reviews. I now wish I had read up on them as I have little confidence in receiving anything at all, let alone anything of decent quality.

Wish I hadn't bothered. AVOID!

Misleading. Ordered two retro football shirts. One is a poor imitation of previous Toffs purchases, the other is something that could have been bought on a market for a fraction of the cost.

I ordered a retro Eusebio shirt on 12th December and wasn't aware they have a 4-6 week lead time.
The shirt eventually arrived on 9th January.
However the shirt was missing the printing on the back! I had to pay to return it and I have now received a new shirt. 7 weeks to get it isn't great. They did reply to my emails though.
The shirt is great quality and I'm really pleased with it. It just took a while to get here!

I ordered a shirt in December and it came before Christmas. Unfortunately the number on the back wasn't straight. I emailed Toffs on 27th December with photos of the shirt and have only received one reply since saying they will look into it. Absolutely appalling service, and reading the reviews on here, I certainly won't be ordering from them again.

I emailed asking why as why and was told is what it is these tops take time .
It finally arrived poor poor quality and dodgy zip and
Guess what no badge
It was just a cheap china top that they forgot to sew the badge on
I got a send it back ( at my expense ) and they would swop it !!! No apology no accountability
It took weeks to get a reply to try and get a return paid 7 emails all either not answered or deflected
Finally they agreed if i post they would refund

Similar to other people I would give zero stars if I could. My order took over six weeks to arrive. When it did the sizing was a mess. I tried to return it and no response, at all. Phone number on the website is disconnected. Please avoid and buy from somewhere reputable. Buy British? What a joke.

I ordered a shirt on December 1st as a Christmas gift and it still has not arrived. Unlike others who have given reviews on this website who have gotten misleading replies to their emails, my enquiries about when I will finally receive the shirt I paid for have just been ignored. The people running this firm who are scamming people out of their money should be ashamed of themselves.

If I could give 0 stars then I would. Appalling service. 5 weeks and still no shirt which was ordered for a Christmas present. Emails are misleading and are repeated. Have been told one shirt is ready and awaiting second. No update when asked. No telephone number and website is from Toffs previous incarnation. Owned and marketed by UK Soccer Shop who's own website advertises shirts that are not available. You only find this out when you have paid for a purchase. Stay clear of this business as they are fraudulently advertising products that they don't have. You will receive emails from Someone called Biju, who works for both companies.

Avoid TOFFS — terrible service and completely unreliable. I ordered a football shirt over 4 weeks ago and still haven’t received anything. No delivery, no tracking, no updates — absolutely nothing.

TOFFS have not responded to a single email, which is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.
What makes this worse is that after looking at reviews, the majority are negative, and my experience sadly reflects exactly what others are saying. This clearly isn’t a one-off issue — it’s a pattern of poor service and zero accountability.

I strongly advise anyone considering ordering from TOFFS to avoid them completely unless you’re happy to risk losing your money and being ignored.

Ordered 2 tops on the 2nd December for Xmas. As with other customers had the same reply about delays due to demand etc. Heard nothing from them. You cant phone them and they don't reply to the online ' leave a message' box. Eventually had a reply which was short and not to the point stating one of my tops was delayed. This continued until the week before Xmas. After several e mails to them I was told that one top was ready and the other was not going to ready in time. I had the one top delivered and it was fine. My son was very pleased with it. The other I asked for a refund. I was told this would be in my account within 3-5 working days. I allowed for the Xmas break but still nothing was refunded. I chased again. Within a few days I had received a £50 refund. The top was £66. I was not pleased shall we say. Yet again I had to chase for the missing £16. I eventually got this but it made me think that not giving out full refunds is not uncommon. So to sum up - terrible experience will never use them again.

I would give no stars. The thing is toffs is now run by uksoccershop.look at that their reviews and you will understand why everyone is complaining. I only found this out when I bought a top and saw the receipt showing I was paying this company and not Toffs. Still waiting for a refund...

I ordered a South African Rugby shirt in expectation of a thick rugby shirt that I could wear in winter. The Ad said 100% cotton but that is a lie. I don’t know what material they used but it was definitely not cotton and definitely not 100% of it. The shirt is thin and see through, I could literally tear it with my hands. I have better quality shirts that cost £5 and not the hefty £75 which I was robbed of.

Do not purchase from this company. I have brought shirts from here many years ago without issue. BUT I ordered 2 shirts in mid-November 2025 on a 2-3 week delivery & they were delivered on 22nd December - too late. The quality is poor & the shirts don't represent the shirt they are supposed to be replica's of. When trying to contact the phone no. given isn't correct or connected & no one in the customer services returns an e-mail so I'm still waiting to return my items. Absolute rubbish, steer clear.

I placed my order on 1st December and haven't received it yet. Sent an email and got the following reply: "Thank you for your email. We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders at the moment and shipments may be slightly delayed. I have reached out to our warehouse to check if there is any delay with your order. Due to the high volumes, please allow 48-72 hours for a response. Your order may be shipped before this, but I have requested an update in case there is any delay."
So far, no further updates or shipping details. Totally disapointing considering I successfully purchased another item back in March 2025.
