Established in 2012, we pride ourselves on the quality of our workmanship and specialise in many different areas of the roofing industry, including complete re-roofs in tiles, slates and stone, lead work, GRP fibreglass roofs, fitting and renewal of UPVC fascia’s and guttering, firestone rubber roof cover flat roof system, general maintenance and roof repairs, along with cement and pointing work. Firstly, thank you for your honest feedback. Hearing about your experience is important to us, and we deeply regret that we did not meet your expectations. We're truly sorry for any inconvenience caused by the issues you've faced with our service.
We're glad to hear that your interactions with Harvey were positive, and this is how we aim for every survey to go, as you experienced we had your roof surveyed and priced within days of calling , we pride ourselves on clear and reliable communication, but it's clear we fell short on our word with being able to provide a follow up survey in attempt to patch/seal for free in this instance , we have had so many jobs over run due to the recent rain , our efforts have to be put into finishing our current projects this time of the year.
if there is anything we can do to regain your trust just let me know, we will struggle getting out to carry out repair work this year but i can arrange something for early January .

At last an honest and responsive roofing company
Really good job done and so quick to respond. Very reasonable rates as well considering it was an emergency and they attendees within a couple of hours. Definitely recommend them

Great customer service
Really pleased with the customer service from TM Roofing in connection with recent roof repairs they did for me. They explained the work they thought was needed, sent a clear quote, dealt with any questions quickly and the work was done promptly.

First Class Professional Roofing Company…
Been in the construction industry for well over 20 years and met many roofing cowboys, this Company is certainly not one of them. From start to finish the lads were all very professional, courteous, turned up on time and completed their work to my satisfaction and to the highest of standards. I will be using TM Roofing Ltd again and 100% recommend them to anyone who’s after any type of roofing work

Reliable, professional roofers
We're so pleased with the work and service recieved from Tom and the team. They had a big job to do as our roof has awkward extentions and is in a tight location with barely any vehicle access. Our roof was so old and had multiple leaks, every other roofer shyed away from it. However Tom and his team took on the work and have done a brilliant job in such cold weather! They did a full reroof as well as a flat roof and new gutter on the conservatory. The whole team were so easy to talk to, friendly, helpful and reliable. Very professional with great communication. Thank you so much guys! 😊
