First time ordering with Kazoop and it was a pleasant experience. Item shipped very quickly same day, arrived in great condition and was basically as good as new despite advertised as grade B1. Highly recommend.

Had a problem with a coffee machine. This was sorted to a first class degree with ease and no problems. Can't fault this company at all. Very happy to know that their customer service means I would recommend to anyone.

Ordered a set of headphones with dongle .
Have to say they arrived super fast , they were in a sealed cardboard box each item in own bag and on top of that all bubble wrapped !
Lovely leaflet explaining after care get in touch .
The headphones were classed as B+ but have to say looked like brand new

The dongle wasn’t working and I contacted Anita at the company to be told a new set would appear and apologies .
This has been arranged for tomorrow not even 48 hrs since I contacted them .
The company has a great ethos good old fashioned brilliant care looking after there customers .
Anita is a pleasure to deal with and an asset to the company I hope they appreciate her 😉

Other set of headphones came as they said .Again great condition this set , was actually in genuine box and had charging cable too a bonus !!
Although first set purchasing knowing no box or cable was still a brilliant buy .
I’m looking at buying ps4 headphones for a family member as I type this from them .

Used this company through Amazon. Customer service was superb when requested a replacement for a faulty item - I guess I had to knock a star off for the fact the original item didn’t work in the first place. it’s good to deal with people who do what they should these days.

I ordered Refurbished mobile with slight scratch on it. I think the speaker is faulty When I listen to someone speaking or Audible their voices are not clear. You haven't responded to emails & no one answers the phone. Call me pls 07895324779

Absolutely pristine condition phone, no signs of use anywhere. I bought A grade and I think it's a brand new phone they've sent me just unsealed. Had a bit of a nightmare with the delivery at no fault of the seller and they went above and beyond to help. Would definitely buy from again and would highly recommend them if you are looking to buy a phone. The support from Anita was prompt and helpful A++++++. I bought a TV, and despite a couple of technical issues I couldn't be happier. Anita especially was very helpful is sorting my problem out.

Firstly, their customer experience is miles ahead of the competition, both in terms of customer service, and honesty about products. I bought a "B+ grade" Hoover HL410 Pet that was advertised as refurbished, but not cleaned. The photos looked way worse than was actually the case, and it all came up shining with a non abrasive scourer and a little Cif cream in under 5 minutes. Hoovered out the brush roller with another Hoover, and put everything together which really was child's play. The cleaner is a quality build, and the company kept to timeframes and checked in meticulously well. Can't praise them enough, really, this experience was positive from start to finish, and I've got this madly modern, still sold by Hoover for over £220, HEPA filtered cleaner for under £50. Only downside... they couldn't get Henry Cavill to deliver it, lol!

Bought phone from their eBay store. Arrived in better condition than expected via next day delivery. Great service, value and communication including a post-delivery co-operation that was greatly appreciated.

I had an issue with the item I bought from the company .When I emailed the company their communication exceeded my expectations. I received a replacement straight away I was completely impressed with professionalism and customer service.

Got my partner a phone it came on time, it was easy to order and partner is happy with it.

This is the second time that I have purchased a John Lewis velvet bedspread from this seller at an extremely competitive price. My recent one arrived in the original packaging with labels and in perfect condition, a beautiful item.
There was a slight issue with the Royal Mail delivery and tracking but I contacted Anita in customer services via email and it was resolved very quickly. A very happy customer.

My hedge trimmer kit arrived with no battery or charger. I emailed the evening of receipt and spent two hours trying to get through on the phone. Very frustrating. However, I did get a call back, and it turns out the article was incorrectly advertised as including the battery and charger. and the price was compatible with body-only supply. We agreed a compromise with a substantial discount on the purchase price, so overall I am disappointed, but recognise this was an honest mistake, and the supplier did their best to put it right.
