T&K Home Improvements Limited Anmeldelser

Had a full replacement of all doors and windows, started on 9th June and completed on 11th June to a great standard. The team including Liam and Elliot, sorry forgotten the other lads name, were excellent throughout. Very professional, pleasant and hard working. The work was completed to a very high standard and they tidied and cleaned as they went.
Happily recommend T&K and their team to anyone interested in high quality work.

Great product at reasonable prices. Follow up is excellent and any queries or issues were dealt with promptly, with good customer service.

Really friendly throughout, listened and where able to offer great pricing, and additional security features others didn't

Fitting was great and the team friendly, and sales where also good and not like other firms who are pushy.

Highly recommended

The whole process from start to finish with T&K was exceptional. From the design of our chosen door to the installation and smooth process throughout. Outstanding customer service, quality and pricing. Would highly recommend.

I had invited five companies to quote for the new Bi-fold doors in our kitchen/diner upgrade. T&K were keen to obtain the work and provided a competitive quotation; one that I was later able to obtain a satisfactory financial compromise solution with T&K. Somewhat surprisingly, some of the other companies had quoted more than twice the T&K price!
Once we were in a position to 'invite' the T&K Surveyor to the property, to finalise the exact dimensions of the doors, a delivery and installation date was agreed.
On the due date, a team from T&K arrived at the appointed time and proceeded to complete a very tidy installation, clearing up well after themselves.
Sadly, a minor problem was spotted by one of the installation technicians, and the fitting of a replacement glass door panel was agreed.
This was completed around two weeks later by a member of T&K's customer service team, to our complete satisfaction.
We are delighted with the installation of the bi-fold doors - both on quality and the price.
The best complement I can provide T&K is that everyone who now visits our house, is very complementary on the bi-fold doors.
Thank you T&K!

I am extremely satisfied with the work carried out by T&K Home improvements. The whole process from beginning to end was done professionally. All work was completed on time and to a high standard. The house was cleaned leaving no mess on completion. I would thoroughly recommend their services. EB.

I have used T and K Home Improvements a few times now over the years.
First was for new windows and doors on our house. Then we got our gutters and facia replaced on our house and finally we got a couple of new UPVC windows replaced at our shop/office.
Every time the process from start to finish was faultless. Great communication, really good prices, great quality products and workmanship.
These guys are genuinely a superb company with a great reputation that they work hard to maintain every time.
Highly recommended

Reliable, helpful, satisfying process throughout - did our parents house, did ours, no issues. Any snags, they came back and addressed without argument. Would highly recommend. RL

My honest review of the process and the company.
My husband and I wanted a quote from T&K, the salesman's explained how much of a family business they are and how amazing they are to work for.
After getting a very high quote and not having other quotes to compare it with we decided to go with T&K because of the suppose quality.
A few days later we got scammed by the builders we hired (different company). It took us a long time to find a new builder, the T&K person that took the measurements already came and we realized the time to cancel the order had passed.
I called T&K in the hopes that they would be able to cancel the order because of our special situation, (being scammed of 1000s of pounds) and our current financial circumstances. They said it was too late and they had to install the door because of the contract but they didnt even have a date for the door to be installed.
I called a few days later to try to cancel it one more time and they still denied the cancellation even after explaining everything we went through again.
I would not recommend this company to anyone since there are other honest family businesses in MK that would charge you 3 times less for the exact same door.

The speedy response to my request for info on patio door replacement and completion of the work once a price agreed. No problems,no mess and an excellent job carried out by a professional team of fitters. (Very helpful and polite.A rare commodity these days)

I engaged the services of T&K Home Improvements to replace my aging conservatory and in all aspects they were excellent. I wanted a different style of roof rather than a like for like replacement and this was accommodated during the design stage.
The team arrived on the agreed date, removed my old conservatory and installed a new one within the week.
The fitting team were superb and I am very happy with the finished product - thank you T&K.

We had a new composite front door installed. The fitters were great and left no mess at all. The job was completed very efficiently from the sales guy to the surveyor who came.

We have had numerous compliments, even people knocking on the door asking who fitted it, so we have recommended you.

We are very pleased with the colour, the glass and the way the door fits, it's so smooth and no more draughts.

We had originally thought of having two side panels but your sales guy suggested having a wider door with one panel which really works, great advice.

Thank you T & K

We had our old conservatory demolished and a new one built on the site. From start to finish the work took about 3 weeks in April starting with the footings being dug out the to the final finish and cleaning. Not forgetting the surveyor who helped us plan the project.
We had a named person in the office who coordinated the work from start to finish and who dealt with any of our queries in a timely and efficient manner.
We were very satisfied with the efficiency of each group of workmen who worked hard to ensure that each stage of the project progressed in a timely manner. They were all very professional and experienced.
The final result has surpassed our expectations.
Thank you T&K

Had all windows in my home replaced by T&K a couple of years ago for which I am happy with. However, I requested a quote as I wanted my soffits and facia boards replaced on the front of my house and garage due to some damage but they were not interested unless they replace them on the whole house.
Very disappointed especially as I have been an existing customer.
Perhaps they may not replace the front door if you don’t have the back door done as well!!?? I didn’t ask!

Well done job. Great customer support!
Cheers to E.B!

We had new installation of Windows and doors. The service was seamless and T&K were very helpful throughout the process. Their prices are also affordable.

Excellent service from the quotation stage right through to completion. The quality of the windows is the best we have seen. The installation team were very professional, clean and tidy and the work was faultless. Would highly recommend T&K

We had all the windows in the front of the house replaced including 2 big bays. We wanted some different coloured glass in some of the windows. Although this took some time to sort out we eventually got exactly what we wanted. The installation went extremely well with little or no disruption. We are delighted with the windows and the overall replacement. Would certainly recommend T&K .Ref EB

The windows and doors were measured twice and detailed options and descriptions were given.
On the fitting day the team arrived on time and managed all the work with no wall damage, great insulation around, cleaned area after themselves and took old window and doors with them on departure. All perfectly fitted, functioning well and clean job. Thank you.
