Look, the prices are attractive as hell. I ordered a time trial helmet from them and waited with no response or shipment notification for almost two weeks. They lied through their teeth that they had sent my helmet when they did not.

It took me threatening to report them to Visa twelve days later before one of them forwarded my e-mail to someone else at the company to get their act together, and then I finally had the item on the way.

Da evitare come la peste! Non rispondono ai solleciti, ordine di dicembre mai arrivato. Miracolosamente dopo quasi tre mesi riesco a mettermi in contatto telefonico e mi rimborsano. Ovviamente a detta loro sono stata io la maleducata. Pietosi

A complete scam. Waited a month and still no package came - they couldn’t provide any tracking rather kept responding that they contacted FedEx to provide a tracking number and will tell me when they got one. I spoke directly to FedEx and they said they do not do that and if a company actually ships a package they get the tracking number then. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. Do not buy from this company.

I was a little nervous about ordering from such a low-rated website, but I shouldn't have been.
I bought my Oakley Velo Kato sunglasses for a pretty good price, and they shipped from Italy to Hungary in 5 days.

Ho ricevuto un prodotto non conforme a quanto illustrato sul sito (mancava la fascia elastica visibile nelle immagini). Ho segnalato il problema immediatamente, ma il servizio clienti ha risposto con grande ritardo e solo dopo diversi solleciti. Mi è stato comunicato che il modello acquistato non prevedeva la fascia, dichiarando di aver verificato con il produttore.

Successivamente, quando ho chiesto di poter effettuare il reso, mi è stata negata la possibilità, nonostante la richiesta fosse stata fatta nei tempi previsti e dopo giorni di attesa dovuti esclusivamente alla mancanza di risposte da parte loro.

Non convinta, ho contattato direttamente POC, che mi ha confermato l’esatto contrario: la fascia è prevista ed è normalmente inserita nella tasca interna del guscio protettivo. Mi hanno infatti confermato che me ne invieranno una.

Questo significa che il venditore non conosce adeguatamente i prodotti che commercializza oppure che non ha effettuato le verifiche dichiarate. In entrambi i casi, il livello di assistenza ricevuto è stato inadeguato, con informazioni errate, tempi di risposta inaccettabili e gestione poco professionale della richiesta di reso.

Un vero peccato, perché i prezzi in se sono ottimi, ma l’esperienza cliente è stata complessivamente deludente. Non acquisterò nuovamente da questo sito.

Helm komt beschadigd binnen. Zit een deuk in. Melding gemaakt, ze doen er niks mee. Geven aan dat de helm in goede staat is verstuurd en ze niks kunnen doen. Belachelijk.

Ho ricevuto soltanto il casco, ho contattato subito l’assistenza clienti; mi hanno risposto dopo due giorni chiedendomi foto dell’imballaggio
Ho inviato le foto e da allora sono scomparsi! Al telefono non rispondono e neanche alle mail, sono davvero delusa

Materiale ordinato sul sito che risulta subito disponibile in stock e spedito in 3/4 gg…ordinato e pagato con carta…giorno dopo arriva una mail con scritto che l’articolo non è disponibile bisogna attendere 20/25 giorni…quando a me serviva nel giro di una settimana…ora mi ritrovo senza merce e con €500,00 in meno!!!!non rispondono alle mail, non rispondono al telefono, mi puzza molto di truffa!!!

J'ai commandé un casque de ski Oakley sur titano sport. Il devait arriver avant Noël j'ai ensuite reçu un message comme quoi il ne pourrait pas être livré pour Noël. Ce casque plus d'un mois après la commande n'était toujours pas livré. Un mail m'a été envoyé mais d'une autre enseigne vendant des lunettes ! J'ai contesté la transaction sur le site de l'émetteur de ma carte et j'ai menacé Titano sport de porter plainte et sans explication j'ai reçu remboursement de mon achat. Je déconseille donc ce site. A ne pas confondre avec Titano Store dont les avis semblent ok.

Started calling me disrespectful after providing no shipping info for weeks despite me asking politely and being ignored multiple times.

This is the most inefficient website I have ever used.
It is 2026, yet their operation speed is unbelievably slow.

I waited over 48 hours for a response — three days have passed with no reply.
I waited more than one week for the order to be shipped — it is still marked as “processing”.

I have attempted to cancel the order, but there has been no response either.

This level of inefficiency is unacceptable for an e-commerce business.
If this is how the company operates, it is difficult to see how they can remain competitive in the near future.

I suspect this is either a scam or very poorly managed webshop.
I ordered Oakley Target Line M Black ski goggles for a very competitive price. Not too cheap to be too good to be true or so...
I only got a confirmation of the order and that's it. The item was listed as immediately shippable, delivery by mid December. After a week no update, no shipment.
The item was meanwhile listed as out of stock.
Tried to contact them to cancel the order because I needed it in time, so I could order somewhere else, that shipped faster.
Never got any response. Also not one month later after my PayPal dispute.
I opened a dispute to cancel the order for refund and PayPal immediately agreed. That usually says enough: they already know about a lot of disputes with this seller.
Up to this date haven't heard any response on the mail or dispute. Luckily got my money back.
I would not trust this webshop and consider it a scam until they can prove good customer service and reliable sale and shipment of items.
To be avoided for now.

al momento ho fatto un solo ordine di casco bici per fare un regalo, il modello è un KASK che era in outlet al miglior prezzo. Spedizione in 4gg che sotto le feste non è niente male. Tutto ok al momento.

Ordered a bike helmet for delivery to Australia. Website states you will receive shipping notification within 3-5 business days. I had to contact them on the 7th business day to ask, then received a generic email stating it should ship in 4-6 business days.
2 weeks after I placed my order I received an email that they did not have stock to fill my order.
One star for processing the refund.

Ho acquistato un casco POC modello Calyx Carbon, prodotto originale ed arrivato in perfette condizioni.
Oltre al casco ho anche acquistato una maschera sempre POC, anche con quella nessun problema.
Entrambi i prodotti li ho presi scontati, pagandoli molto meno rispetto ai prezzi standard.
Spedizione gratuita, pacco arrivato in 5 giorni e mezzo.
Complessivamente molto soddisfatto.

Ottimo casco bici, originale e con grosso sconto rispetto alla concorrenza fisica, originalie, spedizione gratuita, tempi di consegna dichiarati sul sito rispettati. ricomprero' altro sicuramente

tutto ok con il mio ordine di maschera da sci POC Fovea bianca, tempi normali di 4gg e mezzo dal mio ordine pagato con carta di credito. Non ho avuto alcun problema, posso ritenermi soddisfatto

I've placed the order on 2.12.2025, received the order confirmation, paid with card and nobody is answering, and I haven't received my order.
It is a scam!
