Hello,

Hello,

Your suspension reasoning is unjustified and unacceptable.

Nowhere during registration was I explicitly warned that my account would be terminated for a minor formatting issue in my name, which you never gave me proper chance to correct after initial contact.

I demand that you immediately reactivate my VPS and reopen this case. If you terminate my server without refund, I will be submitting formal complaints via Trustpilot, Google Reviews, and regulatory platforms with transaction proof and a complete timeline of your negligence.

I am prepared to provide any updated account details if necessary, but this cannot justify immediate suspension of a paid service.

At Time4VPS, we maintain a strict policy regarding accurate personal details, which is clearly outlined in our Terms of Service. During the ordering process, customers agree to these terms:

When we detected an inconsistency in your account details, a support ticket was opened and multiple email reminders were sent requesting that the information be corrected. Our policy allows 3 days for this update. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response within that time, and your server was suspended as per our policy.

Once you replied and corrected the details, your service was reactivated immediately. Currently, your VPS is active and functioning normally.

We are always happy to work with customers to resolve issues, but it is essential that communication happens within the timelines provided. We welcome your continued use of our services and are available if you have any further questions.

Time4VPS is a gem

Time4VPS is a gem. Simple yet full interface and billing options, uptime is super, and prices is 1/3 of GCP. Support is also immediate via chat and to the point, not generic AI stuff. We've been using it for several years for production workload.

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Kristine and Leva for their outstanding support. From the moment I reached out with a problem, they immediately put me at ease with their friendly demeanor. They were incredibly helpful and understanding. They listened patiently and made me feel heard, turning a very stressful situation into a manageable one.

VPS down - good support

My VPS had gone down, no SSH contact and not possible to make use of emergency console. So I had to contact support. Good guidance from Michail, who investigated the log files and gave excellent advice. Based on this I was able to quickly bring the VPS back on line again. Thanks Michail.
