Great experience other than the instructions for what I ordered were confusing and numbers/stickers on parts were confusing or not included at all to make it clear what piece goes where.

Delivered bed on time but unfortunately it was damaged by the delivery company, Time 4 sleep relaced within 2 days hassle free.

There were initially some issues with delivery but Time 4 Sleep dealt with my complaint in a fair and reasonable manner. I would recommend this company. Good customer service.

Ordered the Lille bed in superking, arrived promptly however the sides of the bed were a different colour to the headboard so I contacted time4sleep, they were brilliant, saw the photos and offered to exchange the bed for a new one asap. New bed arrived and built and it’s perfect, really good quality and so gorgeous. Also very easy to build. Great customer service thank you !

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I paid £50 for Saturday delivery and was told my order would arrive between 3:00pm and 6:00pm, so I stayed at home for the entire delivery window. Despite this, my delivery never arrived.

What makes this worse is that I received no phone call, text message, email, or any other update to explain the delay. For a paid delivery service, this level of communication and reliability is unacceptable.

I would not expect this standard of service from any company, especially after paying extra for a specific delivery day and time slot. I am now waiting for an explanation, an update on my order, and a refund or compensation for the failed delivery service.

Thanks to Claire and Laura who have been absolutely great at communicating with me as soon as this issue was picked up and due to that and their professionalism I have decided to move forward with receiving my order. They have refunded me the delivery fee and have ensured communication with the delivery team is satisfactory this time.
I truly appreciate their service and can assure another update/ review once I receive the order!

We had issues with the delivery and the address that this was to go but Time 4 Sleep have refunded our deliery charge which has helped.

Beautiful bed, feels really sturdy, and luxurious. It was easy to assemble and the guys delivered to the room I wanted to assemble it in.

Customer service was impeccable. They answered my email straight away. My bed tv remote had stopped working. They ordered a replacement and it came within 2 days. Excellent communication throughout, I can highly recommend Time4sleep.

Wow! I was hugely sceptical as I placed my order after hours trawling the web. The price seemed too good to be true so I was very nervous as to what I would receive.
I placed the order Tuesday evening and received a delivery booking the next morning for delivery on the Thursday.
The delivery arrived on time, the service was great and delivery was only £20 to be delivered some 150 miles away.
The bed itself is fabulous, good quality, sturdy and exactly as described.
I am so pleased with it and the great service received, and it was by far the best price for a TV bed anywhere!

This is the second purchase we have made from Time 4 Sleep and once more we are thrilled with our purchase. Communication is excellent and the delivery was seamless as the trundle bed was delivered to the room of our choice. The trundle bed was easy to assemble!

Affordable price. Good quality bed that I purchased for my daughter. It was delivered promptly with good communication from the company and was easy to assemble.

Time4Sleep were very helpful as I am currently in the process of renovating my bedroom. I ordered the bed as it was exactly what we were looking for and at a good price. Time4sleep allowed me to book a forward delivery date.

I've not assembled the bed yet, but will be opening the boxes this weekend to check it over properly. I'm sure I will be happy with it.
