We ordered, paid and goods were sent when promised - what more can you ask for?

When i couldn't get what we wanted Tile Supply was where I went. The service was good and delivery was quick

Between the ordering and delivery it was less than a week.

We were nearly caught out as the tiles were delivered on the Monday after we ordered on the Friday It was only by chance we looked at the tracking mail and changed plans to stay in to receive them, i.e next working day when it quotes 3 working days on the order, not that I am complaining, quite the opposite.The tiles were just the match to our existing ones to complete the extension to the bathroom.
The price was much lower than others for the same product.

Over 40% of the tiles were marked or cracked - As I didn't check them straightaway I was told I was too late for an exchange so they wouldn't help me - so I had to order more from them as I couldn't get this tile elsewhere - these arrived marked and despite reporting them damaged within 15minutes of delivery I still have had no reply from Tiles supply. Really bad customer service
I have now had to skip the lot and go to another supplier and have had no problems at all.

Great service, provided quickly and the gentleman who delivered extremely helpful and polite. All tiles just what i wanted, no breakages.

I received samples very promptly, placed my order online and the mosaics arrived at the correct time. I had spent a lot of time looking for just what I wanted, and so I was happy to find it and have it so easily! If only the rest of life was like that!

I ordered a few samples before deciding what I wanted, then placed an order for various tiles which arrived within a week. Brilliant!

Cheep tiles and quick deliver I would shop they again

Tile supply were great the courier was not he drove wagon up wrong side of street I explained garage was around the other side was told too late here now can you help me pull trolley up hill then take boxes off by hand not impressed

I purchased tiles for my bathroom and when I ran out of 2 tiles and tried to order them I was sent an email stating that I had committed fraud by trying to order sample tiles which was against company policy and that they were considering legal action against me for a fraudulent order. I was shocked by the wording of the email when all I wanted to do was but 2 tiles and was not aware of this policy. I was willing to pay extra and the postage but was told I could not do this and I was directed to the companies legal department. The company was happy to take the payment from my bank 2 days after I placed the order but had no intention of sending the tiles. Is that not fraud?
When I contacted the customer service department I was made to feel like a criminal for daring to think I could pay for and receive 2 tiles.
The person on the telephone at customer service was very unhelpful and just kept telling me I could have a refund in due course once they had investigated my attempted fraud and then they hung up on me!!
All in all a bad experience and now I have a bathroom with 2 tiles missing.

Superb quality products and delivery at the best prices

Products just as ordered but oversupplied on one item. Delivery for just one order arrived on three separate deliveries over two days, needing to be available and wait for arrival.

I placed an order on line and didn't give it much further thought. The next day I got a call from a very helpful man at Tile Supply alerting me to the fact I had chosen an adhesive that was not suitable for the Ditri Matt I had ordered. He gave me lot's of advise which I hope has saved me from a disastrous tiling episiode

why does it take so long from ordering to dispatching items? Both single tile and other orders. Staff very pleasant but do not return phone calls when say they will.

Order two boxes of tiles. Sent quickly, wrapped well and updated by email along the process. Very very impressed.
