Porcelain tiles
Porcelain tiles are lovely, just a problem with the delivery and tracking I had which was eventually sorted after a few phone calls, customer services were helpful in resolving the problems.

My construction group have used tile…
My construction group have used tile mountain for almost 10 years now and they nearly lost me as a customer due to the advice i was given from one of their representatives in store over a mistake they made. I then spoke with a lady called Kaz who completely turned the situation around and done everything she could and made it right. I understand this order was not a lot of money and there are policies in place but humility also must be in place and that is what Kaz showed. Thank you and great job Kaz

James is a great asset to the Swindon store
Ordered some Herringbone flooring for Tile Mountain, came within 2 days via a stress free delivery with Pallex. Yet to complete the installation so I can't yet comment on the quality, but if you don't see an edit to this. Consider it a brilliant product.
The main reason for my review was to comment on the customer service received at their Swindon store on Gypsy Lane. Everyone is so welcoming. They'll greet you and then leave you to it, unless you ask for help. I also had James serve me, he showed great care, and helped us with any question we threw at him. He's a real asset to the team and is the primary reason I'll keep going back to use them as my first choice.

Beautiful tiles
Easy ordering, very fast delivery and great product. The tiles are a beautiful range of greens, exactly what we wanted for my son's new kitchen. Would recommend this company. Only niggle was the price of delivery.
