Had damages. Sent so many photos of the damages/ breakages
Was told to go it through email then a transfer website
Still won’t refund

The tiles are great the delivery was very expensive and they don’t refund on unused tiles that are in a sealed box.

Requested a sample and it arrived within couple of days, true likeness of photo in advert and fantastic price for tiles on offer. Only disappointment I had was that the tile didn’t come in a smaller size

Used Tile mountain for our new house renovation. We used them in 2001 too. Can’t praise the quality of the tiles enough, outstanding as always and very competitive price too.

Sales team were very good, ordering was easy, price was good, when tiles were delivered the boxes had separated and the tiles strewn across the pallet. Very disappointing only 3 of the 8 boxes were intact, meaning I've had to sort through the rest by hand, fortunately only 2 tiles were damaged, had it not been for delivery you would have got 5 stars. Perhaps cling wrap the boxes before despatching?

If you've read my first review which was 1 star, you'll notice I've improved my score. After many messages back and forth, Tile Mountain did finally pay me some compensation for what was a stressful delivery experience. Ordering was smooth and I received rapid responses to my message. Even better though, they have assured Mr that they are going to look into delivery practices, to try and ensure that my experience isn't repeated and people have their delivery left in the correct location.
