My order was changed 3 different days. Annoying.
The three guys delivering couldn’t find my house. I had to go down to the main road to help them .
I’m going to order tiles tomorrow and I’m a little worried the same might happen again.

The flooring itself is flawless. It got laid down beautifully and easy.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with 29 damaged tiles, but the team responded quickly and processed a partial refund. Communication was helpful throughout, and I’m very pleased with how the matter was resolved. Five stars!

fast and helpful
I made a mistake on my order, as i noticed the tiles were out of stock after paying. my fault! so i called the helpline and spoke with Saba, she was very helpful and fast to help. i requested a refund for the tiles that were out of stock, Saba was strait on to it with no nonsense questions. refund received quickly.

Great communication
Great communication, friendly and professional understanding of client issues, resulting in a great resolution to personal online difficulties. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tile Mountain to friends, especially the dedicated help of Katz, who dealt with my problem immediately and efficiently, and inspired total confidence in this companies policies regarding client comes first. The tiles arrived on time, as was promised. 100% satisfaction and 5 star rating.
