NOT AGAIN!!! Ordered from tile mountain twice before with no issues but this time I ordered some larger floor tiles and were damages, would not refund the broken tiles or replace, was happy for them to be collected however my phone would not allow me to upload the images therefore I'm £120 out of pocket

Easy Ordering
Was easy to order and arrange delivery. It was a few more tiles needed for a kitchen refit, so it was quite a small order. Due to the size of order it was delivered in a smaller vehicle and was brought to just inside my front gate, which was ideal for me.

AVOID
Wouldn't even give them a 1* if I was allowed.
Terrible customer service, ordered from here waited in all day for them to arrive phoned them at 4pm and they said nothing is arriving at all as they are now put of stock even tho they were showing plenty of stock when I placed the order, if I hadn't of phoned I wouldn't be any the wiser.
AVOID AT ALL COST
Now they are trying to send me alternatives which are double the price.

Waited in 12 hours and didn’t arrive!
Easy ordering process.
Waited in from 8-8 and delivery never arrived! Got a call at 5.30pm saying it would hopefully still arrive but held up, then half hour later told it wouldn’t be coming as lorry too big to get into road, odd as previously had a delivery of same tiles and a huge lorry arrived! Sent the next day and told 8-8 but fortunately arrived by 10.30am!

The tiles themselves are of really good…
The tiles themselves are of really good quality. After initially requesting samples, I decided to place an order, even though part of it was showing as unavailable for just over a week from the order date. My builder was keen to get started, but I felt that waiting an extra week was reasonable given the quality of the product.
Unfortunately, the expected availability date has now been pushed back three separate times, which has been quite disappointing. While I’m pleased with the quality of the tiles, the repeated delays have left me feeling let down by the overall experience.

Great Customer Service
Excellent customer service received at point of order. I thought I'd selected next day delivery but the confirmation stated it was in a a weeks time. I got in touch with the help desk and Rabia Idrees immediately got back to me and updated the delivery date to the next day. Fantastic customer service - couldn't have been more helpful.

I think speaking directly to Rabia…
I think speaking directly to Rabia Idriss on phone after the confusion about my order made all the difference for me. She was excellent in explaining the situation and processing my order and listening to my concerns.
I felt totally supported by her and I am satisfied now that my problem is resolved.
