I can highly recommend Chris The Tile doctor, he got back to me the same day that I made my initial enquiry and the communication throughout the whole process was speedy and concise, he came to assess our requirements within a few days.
His knowledge and expertise were obvious from the start, he arranged a date and arrived promptly on the day, he made an absolutely amazing job of bringing our Yorkshire stone flagged floor back to life, he worked so hard over the 2 days to restore it above and beyond our expectations.
What a lovely,hardworking, genuine gent, it was a pleasure doing business with him and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family 👍🏻 😀

I found Tile Doctor on a random search on line. I am so glad I did, Harry came and deep cleaned my tiled kitchen floor paying particular attention to the grouting and then sealed it. It now looks new. He was a pleasure to have in my home and I would highly recommend.,

Really great products, worth the investment if you're restoring tiles. I had effloresence on my quarry tiles and it exceeded my expectations (certianly not watered down stuff).

I've knocked one star off only because I think the delivery is very pricey. But that being said, it's also very quick. So if you're unsure, I'd say go for it.

We had inherited a badly stained and tired looking floor in our utility and shower room. Contacted Tile Doctor and Jason got back within a few hours with recommended products and a very reasonable quote for the work. He quickly identified what type of floor - we thought it was black slate, but it was black limestone! He explained what was needed and did a great job - the floor looks great. Gave clear advice for taking care of the floor. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Birmingham Tile Doctor cleaned, regrouted and sealed the tired and scruffy-looking dark grey porcelain tiles in our ensuite shower room. Kieron was knowledgeable, capable, reassuring and friendly; a real pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend trying this company before giving up on your old tiles and spending much more money to replace them

The ordering process was straight forward, I was updated on my order by tile doctor & the products arrived both promptly & well packaged.

Tile Doctor did a superb job cleaning and sealing my unglazed porcelain floor tiles. They look brand new and will be a great deal easier to clean. Harry was super, he did a fabulous job, was prompt with messaging, punctual and friendly. A very professional job and I am delighted.

Tom was extremely professional in all aspects of the work undertaken. We are delighted with the results of his deep clean and resealing of our travertine tiles in the shower making them look like new again. We would highly recommend Tom for any renovation work involving natural stone and will not hesitate to use him again.

Painless purchase transaction. Product appears to be working fine after initial tests.

Purchased several products after spending hours doing research. Cleaners are decent stuff. Sealers are no good. Contact support with images of sealer leaving wet looking patches, only to be told to buy a more expensive product to absorbed the patches.

Update. Regardless of the gaslighting response. Product was added in 2 applications over a 48 hour period. 1st application no issues. Second application patchy despite even coat with excess removed immediately. Plastic sheets added 7 days later for decorating purposes and made no difference to the floor at all. There is bad feedback online with negative responses already. Not honest at all.

I had considered replacing my en-suite shower which was looking its age. Steve did a great job refurbishing the entire unit including the replacement of tired and, in places, moulding grout. Fully satisfied with the result.
