Was Happy with the extra long ties. Only thing is one tie was back ordered and I Never received notice it was. Customer service could use some work

Horrible customer service. I would really give them a minus 5 stars. Their site says they pay for returns. I placed an order for what I thought was a regular tie but I received an XL tie that was three feet long folded. I have no use for this super long tie and wanted to return it for credit for the amount that I paid , I would have applied that credit and paid extra money for the regular tie I wanted. Their rep wouldn’t listen and created a loose loose situation.. I lost the money I spent on the the tie because they didn’t honor their commitment to accept returns much less free returns. They lost a customer who would have continued to buy ties for my friends and clients and they lost future clients that I would have referred to them.. So they lost a very good customer. .
Beware! Horrible customer Service and their returns commitment is a lie. I will never do business with ties.com again!

I love the ties that i ordered for my dad...the only thing that worried me was they sent it to my po box instead of house address and they were late getting delivered due to that. The tires were nice and i like the fact that you have xl ties.

They have excellent ties for a reasonable price! There was some confusion when they charged my account. It looked like they charged me twice, but one of the charges was an authorization and was not charged. They responded pretty quickly to my questions about how they charged me. If my wife allowed me I would get more ties!!! :)

I like subtle messages in my professional dress, and wild ties when I'm not in court. This purchase was primarily of the first type. Your dark blue breast cancer awareness tie with the small pink ribbon insignia is perfect for me to wear in support of my daughters's current fight with breast cancer in the most serious of professional environments.. Also, your Halloween Jack-o-lantern tie is perfect to get a giggle out her two primary school age daughters when I take them "Trick or Treating" because my daughter can't..

There is only one thing that could top Ties.com - and that's more Ties.com. Outstanding selection choice, outstanding service, outstanding quality of product (but I can only speak for the [extra-long] ties that I have ordered) and a fantastic, funny attitude you folks have. My students love my ties and can't wait to see the next one I will wear - many very interesting class discussions have come from the "wonderful attitude" displayed by Ties.com. I have over 150 ties - almost enough for one each day of the school year and I love them all. Recently, I have taken the unopened delivery box of ties that I ordered to class and we have a wonderful marketing lesson just from the packaging alone. Drum roll - then several selected students carefully open the box - WOW, what a way to begin a day; the process is repeated for each class. What is really neat is that all the students, including the young ladies, have really enjoyed the "four-in-hand" instructions inside the box for tying the "essential knot." Thank you so much.

Ties and scarves are of great quality. Bought them for my son in law that wears a tie every day. His kids pick out his tie for the day. It’s become their new tradition and my joy to watch!!! Thank you for your huge variety of merchandise.

Great ties with an immense selection to choose from but since my purchase of 3 ties, I have been relentlessly targeted by ads on every available platform pressuring me to buy the same 3 ties again. Pleased with the product, frustrated by the incessant follow-up marketing.
