“Made in China”. The ties you sell are on the lower end of the quality spectrum. They lack heft. The knots they yield -compared to a quality tie- are inferior/less satisfying.
I gave it a shot...you get what you pay for. No surprises here.
...but I’m sure your company is making a killing on all that cheap labor ; )

Honestly, this is such a stand-up company. They have great products which look like their website's pictures, they are kind with customer service, and free shipping– even to Alaska!

Low quality. Ties were terribly creased and wrinkled. And for some reason smelled hoorible. Smelled up my entire closet. Smell never went away. Unwearable, poor quality,
looked cheap. Huge mistake and waste of money

Excellent, all the ties came in perfect condition, well almost all, one of the 16 ties I ordered came with two threads pulled but I was able to fix it. The colors are identical to those of the situation page that I loved.

The color was perfect but the tie material was thin. It was difficult to make the tie look nice. I have purchased bow ties 1/3 of the price that looked better and were easier to tie.

The tie I received was damaged. I was unable to print the return label because I don't own a printer, and the woman I spoke to said her manager, Ilana, would not send me a return label through snail mail. I think that's pretty crappy customer service. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 as a courtesy because I've ordered from them in the past without issue.

This review is going to speak to ties.com EXCELLENT customer service.

I ordered about 4 lapel pins and I saw the dimensions of one of them and assumed they would all be the same. Turns out they weren’t, and when they arrived, I received 3 smaller sized pins, and one large one. I realized the order wasn’t ENTIRELY wrong, as one of the pins should have been smaller, however the other 2 out of the 4 ordered should have been larger. After calling customer service to confirm there was not a mistake, I was informed the small size is the actual and ONLY size available, outside of the large one I ordered. HOWEVER, the reps noticed the size on website was wrong and in turn offered to refund the ENTIRE order and allow me to keep ALL the pins. When I say I was blown away, I’m understating how impressed I was! As someone who worked in the retail industry for many years, I’m VERY appreciative of their attention to detail and willingness to make things right. Because of that, I’m looking to spend more money with them!
