Order 2 ground blinds one was received…
Order 2 ground blinds one was received in good shape other was ran over and damaged. Contacted customer service they said yes you're covered BUT then they proceeded to tell me I have to to contact a 3rd party fill out some forms and wait for them to do whatever they do.
I didn’t buy from them 3rd party I don’t work for tidewe so why do I have to do their work?? They approved me that doesn’t make any since won’t be buying again if they can’t take of their people.

You purchased third‑party shipping insurance with your order. Per insurance terms, for shipping‑related damages eligible for coverage, the purchaser (yourself) needs to submit documents and file the claim directly with the insurance provider.

Great deal on a big blind
Great deal on a big blind! Really like how much space is in this large one and I can stand up for the first time! Delivered quickly. My only critique is that the material is a little stiff and plasticky. Kind of hard to get it, folded back up and put into the bag versus more traditional fabric.

I’m very happy with the blind. Well built, great visibility.

Zipper opens as fast as I close it.
Two times not once but two times I asked Tidewe how I can get my zipper to stop opening as fast as I close it.
Both times my question was ignored as if the problem would go away. I bought the tent just before winter came last year. Now the zipper keeps popping open while trying to close it.
I only wanted to know how to remedy the problem but customer service apparently has little concerns for customers. I have no other complaints except I am tired of constantly taking 2 steps forward and 1 step backwards on the zipper closure.
