They were patient and helpfull and as long as you have what they are asking for then they will process your refund i would recommend using them they were great with me.

Whilst I appreciated receiving a refund on my purchase due to being unable to attend the event because of my injury, the process was very long and drawn out.

NOT GOOD!!
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from TicketPlan.
My daughter was seriously unwell with sepsis, which meant we were unable to attend the Summer event in Weston-super-Mare. Despite explaining this clearly and providing the necessary information, I am repeatedly being asked further questions and for additional details that have already been supplied.
Each response from your team takes approximately 5–7 working days, which is causing unnecessary delays and added stress. The event took place almost two weeks ago, and I am still waiting for my refund with no clear resolution in sight.
In addition, it has been very difficult to get in contact with you. Emails are either ignored or significantly delayed, and there appears to be no easily accessible telephone support.
This level of service is unacceptable, particularly given the circumstances. I will now be taking this matter further if it is not resolved promptly.
I would appreciate an urgent update and confirmation of when my refund will be processed.

Awful experience
Awful experience, purchased tickets for Snowdon railway (no mention of ticket plan insurance on website even went back to check and cannot see this on here).
Partner got ill the day before we were supposed to go so had to cancel. Only to be told now we will not be getting a refund because of this insurance which didn’t even see on the website. This is disgusting customer service in this day and age and will make sure telling all friends and family to not touch this with a barge pole will not be using this ever again! Apparently customers don’t seem to matter or supposed to have a crystal ball that things are going to happen to prevent them from going.

I paid for protection on my 3 tickets for nothing
I paid for protection on my 3 tickets. On the day of the performance at the Globe, there was a rail strike and we could not get to the venue on time because we were stuck in crazy traffic.
I go to the ticket protection website to claim a refund and it says that they cannot do it because of the rail strike.
Not very ethical is it?
