Due to a terminal illness of a family…
Due to a terminal illness of a family member we had to cancel a theatre show which was a birthday suprise. I had ticket protection which i made a claim the whole process was completed in two weeks and the refund department kept we informed with updates on progress. Well done to the refund team.

No problems applying for refund like…
No problems applying for refund like some insurance companies. Only thing i was a bit annoyed about, was the fact it says you need to take the form to the gp to sign. Luckily enough my gp takes up to 6 weeks to do this plus paying them £65. I rang insurance company who explained i could use the information from my online notes, download them and send them instead, of my appointment and mediation prescribed. It may be better to explain this as an option rather than paying the gp a ridiculous amount of money for a signature.

Ami was incredibly diligent in tending to my query. Normally when operators promise a call back, they don't. In this instance Ami promptly called back and dealt with my issue in a caring and professional manner - an asset to your customer service team.

I was told could not transfer tickets…
I was told could not transfer tickets but could apply for a receipt.
Then wanted a week for a response to be advised that I had to ticked the ticket plan refund.
This should be already added we have to pay a fee to buy the tickets and it on each ticket.
Robbery comes to mind
So wasted my time filling in for a refund for them to keep my payment and did not get to go to the event shocking an no voucher towards new tickets disgusting

I requested a refund on Thursday, I was kept updated throughout. Received a phone call on Wednesday to let me know my refund had been processed. The whole refund process was easy and very self explanatory.

More like a scam than a plan
More like a scam than a plan. Completely pointless. Incredibly intrusive and will create impossible barriers to avoid refund, even for the littlest amounts. Avoid for your peace and sanity!

The process was relatively easy to…
The process was relatively easy to follow in order to get our a refund on my partners ticket when she was unable to attend a festival due to ill health. It was all done online but took a little longer for the refund to be issued than I would have expected, hence the drop of one star.

Not going to bother with the situation as I have told you many times that you do not get any medical notes when you are ill for one day and any business does not require any medical documents as you self cert for 7 days so if you want to continue with this situation for the sake of £64.50 Let me before I proceed further

Appauling after care service, after a bereavement they will not issue me with a refund, a death is a death, whether you have protection policy or not, you can not for see the future when you buy this tickets

First time I ever bought insurance to…
First time I ever bought insurance to cover a concert ticket and I was scammed. I bought this for The Diaspora calling festival which was held in Milton Keyes . As someone who is out of town but is familiar with the Transit system. I knew there was a high chance of my train being cancelled or delayed. . I also knew there was a risk at the venue itself of not being accessible as I am a Wheelchair user. In trying to file a claim they literally only give you two options in this instant application which basically will automatically deny you if you choose any of the options. My claim should be covered but I have actually no legit way of filing a claim which will be reviewed and subsequently approved. I wouldn’t waste paying the extra insurance fee.

Easy to book tickets. Unfortunately we had to cancel due to illness. We had taken out ticket protection and were able to have a refund which was processed efficiently.

Amazing refund procedure so quick, can i thought them at all
So I rang and spoke to Ami, first time of having to ring them, and when i sent my form off, i put down the wrong amounts of receipt. Ami asked me to send email of original payment, she received it while i was on the call to her, put me on hold for a few minutes, and she said we are happy with your application the payment will go through in a a few days..wow how quick was that..amazing
