Never got my ticket
I called to make sure I got my ticket on time and I didnt get it. It was shipped to the first address and I wasn't able to go to my event.

Easy transaction with no confusion
Paid 4 times the price for the event tickets but, that's the way it goes "pre-ordering". the transaction itself was very easy and tickets have been delivered 5 days earlier than expected. Thought I purchased 2 tickets plus the premium parking for easy access to the venue. But since it took 3 months to receive and see the parking was not included, that parking option is now sold out.

Please note that the sellers who list tickets through us are selling tickets for all sorts of amenities (VIP access, parking, seats) and that sellers can only guarantee what is explicitly listed on their listings. Your seller described the listing correctly as being for VIP/GA only, parking was not listed in the description or seller notes and not included with your purchase.

Call it incompetence
Call it incompetence, bad business ethics, or flat-out fraud, the whole transfer process was deceitful and inefficient. While customer support was responsive via email, it was too little, too late. The delay and confusion took just long enough for my tickets to be unsellable. I received a curt email saying it was, “too close to the event date to transfer.” BS. I had to eat the cost of my tickets because they didn't want to release them for resell a day before the event? This is after giving me the runaround for two weeks between Ticketmaster, TicketNetwork, and TicketToCash. They kept the money without offering credit, refund or resell options. Total scam.

All order details (including, were displayed reviewed and confirmed accurate and/or acceptable when placing the order. Our terms and conditions, also agreed to when placing the order, state that all sales are final. You were sent an option for resell thru our third-party partner TicketToCash and advised you to use the on-hand date for delivery. The tickets were in fact sent on the 9th, which was before the on-hand date. You would have needed to take action with the resell link sent to list the tickets for resell. False Advertising!!!…
I didn’t realize I was buying tickets from a third party. I end up paying 100 dollars more than if I was buying them directly from the venue. That wouldn’t be a problem since both my kids wants to go, I’ll pay whatever for their happiness, The only problem is that your website doesn’t warn you that the event is 21 and over only, and my kids are underage. This is a scam, or at the least false advertising! And since you don’t give refunds, now that money is completely gone! I will do my absolute best to give your company the bad credit you deserve. And prevent a lot of people from buying from your company.
