Booking the tickets for The Lion King…
Booking the tickets for The Lion King was a very straightforward and informative process. We had very good seats in the Dress Circle and were sent continual reminders of our booking and information on how to get to The Capitol Theatre and where to park.

False advertising I went on Sunday afternoon I did not see JJJ and Demarcus Cousins I stayed from 11-3 no sign of head line nba stars
There were only two food trucks with very long lines
The exclusive nba merch was a small version of the nba shop in Melb central the workers were the same

Ticketmaster is the WORST booking system!
Whenever I have booked with this company there are always problems! The tickets don’t arrive on the promised date NOR in a timely manner! At the event yesterday, the security told me my phone ticket was a screenshot which it wasn’t. If I could boon any other way I will.
Help with online tickets
I inadvertently sent my neice and daughter their tickets to an old email address. The box office at Lyric Theatre were able to print out new tickets for them for the show which may the experience hassle free. Thanks for making it easy for an eventful afternoon on 17/5.

Appalling lack of customer service or care
To not be able to speak to a human being and not have a simple request to have tickets emailed to me set to Print to Home due to ticketholders not having an account is absolutely appalling.
I was fed up with every single email being automatically generated. Absolutely disgusted and very very stressful process.

My Neice and I got VIP tickets and we enjoyed the whole show, from beginning to end. The readings where amazing and I learnt alot spirituality about signs from the other side. We brought a few gifts for ourselves.
This is our second time we have come to the Theatre to watch physics and a medium and we both hope to this will be on next year.
Admittedly we upgraded our tickets to VIP the last minute, and through ignorance of my own I did not expect the price to be so high.
Although I will definitely come to see the show again, I dont think I could afford the VIP tickets again, as much as I loved everything about the show.
When we arrived we were told we only had one seat even though booked two online
When we arrived we were told one of the seats we bought online was an accessible seat which meant it could be used for a wheelchair. It also meant that there was only 1 seat there with an empty space beside it for a wheelchair. We were able to use the seat adjacent to one of our numbered seats until someone came just before match started in a wheelchair so we had to forfeit both of our booked seats and were given two other seats way up the back to the end of the field.
The original seats I purchased online were quite close to field in central position.
We did not complain and accepted the seats offered but do feel the fact that I was only really buying one real seat and paid for two wasn’t explained anywhere on your website.
To say it was an accessible seat only indicates the seat could be removed for a wheelchair not that there was no seat there so feel you need to put some notification on your plan indicating there is no seat there…just concrete floor.
The staff tried to help us by at least giving us a seat.

I’ve been trying to get a refund for my 4 tickets…
I’ve been trying to get my 4 tickets with 2 bookings back for 2weeks because my husband has been critically ill. I’ve sent everything I can to prove with Drs certificates and copies of my purchases but the fellow who answers me just continues to make it hard… at a time when we need compassion. I think his name is Gareth. Please give me my money back. It’s close to $1000. My family have been at my husband’s bedside with me therefore no one could go. I’m in Broken Hill and had bookings to fly to Adelaide on Rex, Adelaide Melbourne on Qantas. Both organisations have been compassionate, unlike your organisation. I wish I could have given no stars. Gareth hasn’t come back to me for a few days now. :((

It was good except I would think a gate number on the ticket would’ve been good or something that says any gate usable.

The staff were extremely inexperienced and I knowledgeable.
The food was mediocre at best for the cost.
Water wasn’t offered. Champagne glass was filthy. Plates and serviettes were never offered and we needed to repeatedly ask for these.
I had insurance for the performance as…The Waterboys
I had insurance for the performance as l have cancer.l booked it in November hoping that I would be ok to go and it was something to look forward to after radiation therapy.
Unfortunately I wasn’t well enough to go and I tried to get a refund, but the of the insurance expectation of documentation was something I couldn’t provide because I won’t see my Doctor until the 20/5/25,which is too late to make a claim.
This should change.
