Fantastic service, thanks to all the staff who helped me get an MOT and first service for my bike.

Took a trip to their Bridgend branch saw a bike which I was interested in got a part exchange price for my bike on the day called by phone the following day to find out if the bike I was interested in had a quickshifter+ track pack installed the guy I spoke to on the phone didn't even get back to me I waited 2 days for a reply but nothing ended up purchasing a bike from BECK EVANS in Sidcup they couldn't do enough fod you don't think j would ever go back to cmc for anything very poor on the sales department

I rode 175 miles each way to look at a Ducati Diavel 1260s. Fabulous immaculate bike with lots of carbon goodies .
Chris the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful.i paid a deposit and the balance the following week . The bike was delivered before 9am on Wednesday.
Have ridden the bike a few times , I am over the moon with the bike . The whole experience was a pleasure.

Baught a honda st1300 3 days later took it for a long ride at motorway speeds bike was all over the road returned home, after speaking with other owners who advised me what to check I did tyre pressure supposed be 42 psi front and rear was 30 and 35, damper was wound all way out honda states it needs winding in and back by one turn, pre load was not working all this was supposed be checked and was signed as done I sorted these faults out as cmc was closed and needed the bike for work run it for 3 days and it was fine, phoned cmc explained what went on and also they hadn't test ridden the bike as per there sales sheet to me , they had no answer about tyre pressure claimed the damper and pre load they don't check even though they ticked box saying they had and couldn't give a answer on why it wasn't test ridden, outcome they don't care and I'm left to report them to trading standards

Just bought a triumph scrambler for £4,299 asked for £299 to be taken off as no part ex etc paperwork came through full price when i called the answer was nobody remembers being asked.
So new owners same staff same sharp practice maybe one reason they failed and closed

Hi all just a huge thanku to Nigel especially an the crew from the shop from beginning to end an another huge thanku to the delivery of my purchase yet again from cmc motorcycles I've dealt with them many times an would always continue to use them . Super friendly an you always get a good deal , my bikes are always mint an when ever px I always get a mint mcycle with now getting my trust an there's explaining bike conditions. Well done an thanku once again all.

Basically , when they do a mistake, they refuse to take responsibility, until my honda forza 125cc reached 16000 miles, I've never had a problem, in fact I would praise the service provided, after that service. I've noticed the engine sounded different, loss of top speed, and the bike was redlining , (still is) at 60 mph, on odometer 65mph. Dismissed the data I have on a tracker, saying that isn't accurate, I call bull, the tracker is a metatrack v6, twice the honda heated grips failed, were replaced, during the 20k service, right after said service , bike suffered a massive oil leak, on the 16k service break fluid spilled onto the body work, I did say I would fix it, as I got retouch paint, keeps refusing to plug in the ecu, in two ofvthe services the ecu wasn't reseted, and no other dealership will touch it as it not their mistake, plenty more to say and none of it good at all, at this moment I'm still looking to fix the bike

Purchased a moped for my 16 year old Son from Thunder Road Motorcycles Bridgend.

Great service, staff are very helpful and professional. From the initial visit where we received advice from Chris, looking at mopeds, information about completing a CBT test etc, to making a purchase.

When we returned to make our purchase, Andy was very helpful throughout the purchasing process and during collection, keeping us informed at all times.

We'll be back to upgrade to a 125cc when my Son turns 17. Highly recommended.

I have rang thunder road many times for different parts for my bike, every time all they say is they can't get it, I rang today for something as simple as a set of spark plugs again to get told they haven't got them, zero help in finding or ordering them, attitude stinks.

Have dealt with Thunder Road + Completely Motorbikes a number of time. Can't fault the attention to detail... they even invited me to BSB for a day out!

Went to Bridgend today. Not stated on website but clothing section closed. Attitude of staff was bad. Was told clothing not open because no one will work on a Sunday and the staff that were there didn't want to be there either. No customer service what a shambles.

After a tricky start we can't thank Thunder Road enough . I bought an Indian motorcycle back last year . The bike had a few issues after it was delivered but Thunder Road and it's staff have been brilliant . Would highly recommended . They went above and beyond to get the bike sorted and sorted out some compensation for me . Thank you to Chris P and Andrew who really moved things along . I couldn't be happier with my purchase .

Brilliant service received my new bike today love the bike and great service

I bought a new Kawasaki 400 Ninja from Thunder Road at Cwmbran. The service was very professional and friendly. I really recommend this company as I can’t thank them enough.

I turned up without a booking and asked if there was any availability for my moped to be fitted with a new tyre, one of the staff members came and took a look at my moped wheel and then checked their stock inventory. They were able to supply and fit my moped with a new tyre on site and it was ready the following day. Considering this was unexpected/not booked in advance I was quickly taken care of, the speed from start to end was excellent, and the customer service was really good. This store and its ream areclearly well established as they knew how to address my need as a customer within the first visit. The showroom, shop and bikes were in immaculate condition, everything was labelled and kept to a high standard . This was my first time at this store, so my expectations were exceeded and I will be using this store as my first point of call for all future needs for my moped. I will most definitely will be looking to purchase a new bike from here in the future given the experience and quality workmanship I seen at this store.

I recently bought a Suzuki Burgman from Thunder Road Motorcycles in Bridgend who also gave me a very fair price on my trade-in and a fitted top box. The bike was delivered to my home in Bath and my old one collected. Everyone I dealt with from Richard to the delivery driver were friendly, efficient, polite and a pleasure to conduct business with. My only complaint is that they dont have a branch in Bath! Well done lads.

Thanks to Colin at Thunder rd under 3 minutes to put in a claim for a faulty screen on the nt1100. Then about an hour to fit I cant praise these guys enough always polite and professional thanks guys.
