I went into store today to discuss my bill and spoke to the store manager Sam and his college Nat, both were extremely professional, and went above and beyond. I have additional needs and have found today’s experience so pleasant! I will definitely be returning in store for any issues or any new purchases from three! Thank you

The staff were able to unlock my mobile from the US, and they dealt with us confidently, professionally and friendly. We especially enjoyed the discount for adding a second phone to the account.

Superb knowledge of his job and extremely friendly and supportive with questions raised, unlike most who would make you feel silly for asking questions he made the whole experience an absolute delight and has ensured repeat custom for at least another 3 years with this contract. Asset to the three network!!

Staff that go above and beyond!!
Went into Kings Lynn store with a probelem with their sister company Smarty and the store manager Sam was absolutely amazing. He not only managed to rectify the problem in store but he also got me my number back and set me up with a new sim after I lost my phone!! He was such a help, it took well over an hour to deal with the problem and he persevered until it was all sorted! Legend, Sam!! Thank you so much!!

Ben tried everything to sort out the problem with my phone. In the end I bought a new one.
Everything transferrd, even showed me stuff I didn't know were on the phone
