I rarely feel the need to write to either criticise, complain or compliment. However, on this occasion I believe the assistance I received from Chris, the store manager of your Bury store, on two separate occasions was exceptional and far beyond what one would normally expect.
After losing my phone, Chris kindly transferred my number and data to and older handset for me on Monday 18th May. I later purchased a second-hand IPhone and once again, on Friday 22nd May. Chris spent considerable time transferring all of my data and ensuring that all of my emails were fully set up and functioning.
Chris has an excellent, friendly manner. He clearly knows his job extremely well and carries out his duty with professionalism and care. He is a credit to your company, and I trust this compliment will be brought to his attention and recorded in his personal service file.
