Excellent customer service.
Went to Three stores to collect the SIM cards which I ordered online yesterday . Told by Ciprian ( customer advisor) I need to reorder the SIM cards in store. He was very helpful and patient to help me especially I encountered problems with requesting PAC from my service provider.
Without his help, I don’t think I could get PAC code. He has provided excellent service and support to me.

Avoid 3 at all costs!!
Transferred to 3 in around 2018. Offered a competitive deal to switch, but salesman gave me 2 contracts (1 for sim and 1 for phone).
Came to leave, got PAC code and assured account settled. However continued to charge me £3 a month without informing me, and eventually received a credit default from them.
Despite paying this immediately, and acting in good faith they refuse to remove it.
Appalling customer service, and I strongly recommend avoiding at all costs.

You've mentioned that you were provided with a PAC. Did you use this to transfer the number to another network? If not used within 30 days, your contract would continue to run as normal unless you reach out to us to make other arrangements.

Jamie was professional and helpful
Jamie was as helpful as he was 10 years ago when I first signed up with Three, no problem he couldn’t solve with his usual charm and lovely personality, it’s so nice to see the same person who is loyal to the company they work for.

Katherine was amazing, she really helped me out whilst I was stressed out at my phone being stolen she was kind & attentive whilst guiding me on choosing the right contract for me would highly recommend three store in Bromley but ask for Kat !
