Have been with Thornbury Nursing since 2011. No issues at all the one agency which does not persecute you for cancelling shifts. Very respectful, professional and understanding. Could never trade it... Vis mer

Extremely low pay working as a placement coordinator. Placing agency nurses who are paid between £60 - £160 per hour. Which can equate to as much as £1,600 for one 12 hour shift. All billed to the NHS... Vis mer

We Pay NMC Fees For Our Nurses & Midwives

Avinder is a STAR!

Avinder was absolutely lovely... She was so friendly / communicated so clearly over the phone just now... She really went above and beyond to book me in for some upcoming shifts / checked all of the offered rates for me!😆👏🏼

Offering support

Worked for thornbury for over 10 years. Was in a accident thornbury have done everything to support me. Get me back to work. Offer assistance and support. Well done everyone at thornbury for caring for your staff

Enquiring about shifts for new package

Rang to enquire about a new package but unfortunately there wasn't any confirmed shifts yet. However got a call seconds after and informed there are shifts for a package I'm currently working on and got booked. Mikida was amazing, very easy to talk to and felt at ease compared to other interactions I have had with others this was a great experience. Felt listened to and valued. Thank you Mikida for being great at what you do

Not as good as people say

After 6 months of dealing with the recruitment process, it shows I’m still not compliant to work. Poor communication via email .Every time I called they said they would speak to senior member and get back to me and never did or, said different things. After six months they still asking for outstanding documents which I already sent at the beginning of joining them, including references from my permanent job which was the first thing was done and ID sent with proof of postage.I do not recommend this agency at all as recruitment process is very confusing and long. When I told them I want to withdraw the application this morning they didn’t even take time to look into it, they just said :“ok I will do it for you”. I am with other agencies and never went through this frustration.
Very bad!

Exellent service

Exellent service
I got anwered promptly and the member of staff was so polite and explained things so I got a better understanding of what I wanted
She even went an extra mile to help with anything if I wanted something else
I spoke to a very nice lady by the name Hetah
I had called to update my address since I picked shifts away from home and she explained how it works like TNS does not help towards accomodation since its a bank holiday something I didnt know
She explained fully to my satisfaction
Thanks for the good customer care

Best agency to work for

Best agency to work for . Loads of shifts , professional . I work mainly in the community . The girls in the office are very considerate and they know everyone and speaks to you like they know you .

Thornbury Nursing services is the best…

Thornbury Nursing services is the best Agency with track and impeccable records to work for. It has been a brilliant success and experience working for this company. Theresa, Mariana and James are excellent staff. They’re great assets to booking team and the whole of front line staff. They’re always willing to assist front line staff.

A good agency to work with

A good agency to work with. TNS has always been excellent in helping me to find the best shifts that suit me. Joining TNS was also extremely rewarding.One of the best decisions I’ve made in my career. I would recommend TNS to anyone who is looking for a great job. A massive 5 star ⭐️ from me.
