Staying in the country is amazing up until you run out of milk or forget to buy it when in town. This service means that will never happen again. Very happy so far. Saving money on fuel, glass bottles are way better than plastic, and I can amend my order any time online.

I Particularly like the friendly way in which emails are couched making it seem like a village shop where everyone knows everyone. I assume that it is Nicola who is responsible for this.

No problems until you try to cancel - phoned to cancel end of July/beginning of August 2022 and settled bill there and then, 14 months + later get a nasty letter saying that we owed them as we had milk delivered up until over month and half after we had cancelled, not true. Said they sent emails and letters to account holder (who has now passed) also not true. Crap at record keeping obviously, not impressed, wouldn't recommend. Person on the phone rude and had no compassion whatsoever.

No problems with deliveries and easy to cancel when on holiday.

I had no luck getting through on the phone so I tried emailing. I got a reply by return and Nicola seemed only too happy to help. I would email again, although ony time I have got onybody on the phone they have been friendly and helpful.
