Great service from Verity Drinkall regarding a mutual client. Very professional and efficient.

We couldn’t have been happier with the service we received from the team at Thomas Flavell during our recent house move. They were professional, friendly, helpful and responsive from start to finish.

Moving home can be stressful, but we always felt that we were in very capable hands. They were easy to contact whenever we needed them and kept us fully informed throughout.

They ensured that everything progressed smoothly and helped to take much of the stress out of the process.

We are extremely grateful for all their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The company were very professional. I have used them for various issues over many years. The service was first rate and not over bearing. Mr Baldwin walked me though the process at a steady speed so i received a full understanding

A big thank you to Kate from Pauline and Victoria for all you help and support. Your service has been excellent, we never felt rushed and you explained everything really well. Thank you so much

I couldn’t be more thankful for the team at Thomas Flavell, especially Frannie. She made my first home purchase as simple and stress free as she could and nothing was too much trouble for her. I would highly recommend using Thomas Flavell. Thank you again!

I had a great experience with Frannie our Trainee Conveyancer. She kept us informed and updated as soon as she had updates. All though we had stresses with purchasing the home due to issues that arisen on a Structural report. We felt that without the support from Thomas Flavell & Sons, and especially Frannie, we would of not been where we are! They were fantastic and we have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so. Thank you for your support and wish you all the best in your career Frannie!

Thank you so much to Verity and her team of Kelly, Shelley, Lynsey, Jane and Elle. They have been amazing with our conveyancing transaction. They have been very professional and patient with us along the way and kept us updated. They have helped make what would could be a very stressful time as stress free as possible. We had a tricky lease hold purchase which went over heads as first time buyers but the team explained things to us as simply as possible. Would definitely recommend Verity and her team and TFS as a whole we will definitely be using their services again!!

Gemma and Lyn were great throughout the sale of my property. Gemma was my day to day contact and was always happy to respond to my queries. The process was not easy due to the other parties solicitor but they worked hard in the background to ensure we exchanged and completed. This was my second time using TFS and I’d be happy to do so again. Highly recommend.

We chose Thomas Flavell & Sons as they were firmly established and local to us. From the start, we were put at ease in sorting out a new will, Philip listened well to our wishes and explained things very clearly. The new will was put together in quick time and again explained very clearly , prior to the signing. We would use the services of Thomas Flavel & Sons again and would recommend their sevices to others.

Had a tricky situation with a settlement agreement and Sarah Toone provided the most helpful and reactive support I needed in a time of urgency and (in my personal view) crisis situation. I know Sarah works for Noel, who was on leave, but she didn't hesitate to look at how she could everything in her power to resolve my issues. Thank you so much Sarah, you have no idea what that meant to me.

I hired Judith Wheeler to help with my divorce and have nothing but positive things to say. Judith’s calm demeanor, intelligence and professionalism made a long, difficult divorce so much easier to deal with. Nothing was too much. I was put at ease through the whole process and could put 100% of my trust in Judith.
I can highly recommend Judith and her team at TFS.

First class professionalism & knowledge when preparing our wills & powers of attorney - extremely efficient and with a personal attentive service. Thank you so much Philip Baldwin & Annette.
We were so impressed we’ve also instructed them on further commercial works - a refreshing change.

I recently had the pleasure of working with an outstanding solicitor, Jamie, during the sale of my house, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience.

From our initial consultation, it was clear that Jamie was not only knowledgeable and experienced but also deeply committed to providing exceptional service.

I wholeheartedly recommend Jamie at Thomas Flavell & Sons for anyone looking to sell their home. Their expertise, communication, and dedication to client satisfaction truly set them apart. If you’re in need of a solicitor who will go above and beyond, then look no further.

Lara was excellent and made everything run smoothly as soon as she became involved in this already progressed and somewhat tricky property sale. Her ability to step in and quickly get things on track was particularly impressive.
Her communication was clear and proactive throughout, and she was always a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend her services and look forward to working with her again.

Grateful thanks to Philip Baldwin for his expertise and patient guidance. He really put us at our ease regarding our Wills and explained everything in a way that was both reassuring and very professional. We would not hesitate in recommending him. Thank you Tracey and Michael

They were very easy to deal with and gave great advice and kept us up to date with the process.

I cannot speak highly enough of Judith and she has just guided me through my divorce with great advise and excellent insight.

She helped set my expectations on likely outcomes and timescales throughout and it felt like you had someone who had your best interests at heart whilst maintaining a balanced, practical and professional view.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Judith.

Excellent communication throughout the process, quick, and explained anything we were unsure of or didn't understand. Would recommend to anyone.

We dealt with Kate Mahon regarding our wills and estate planning.
She was thoroughly professional yet friendly and approachable. We would absolutely recommend her to potential clients.
Understanding our circumstances she was able to finalise things really quickly which we appreciate.
