Immediate and very friendly reply to my trouble concerning customs! Thanks a lot!

Very easy to order. My clasp arrived promptly, beautifully packaged and was just as lovely as it looked on the website.

Good communication, dispatched with a personalised message. A nice company to deal with and item as described.

Excellent customer service and great products. I would highly recommend Thomas-Glover.

Catherine could not have been more helpful. My whole experience was from shopping to purchase to delivery was pleasant and worry free. I am absolutely delighted with my item. Thank you again for your kindness and guidance.

A quality piece of jewellery and excellent service.

I have now bought two brooches from Thomas Glover and both are just beautiful. Their website is the first place to check if I am looking for a particular antique jewellery in excellent condition as they often carry unique but wearable lovely pieces without standing out too much. I live overseas so have not actually visited their beautiful shop but the website is brilliant with clear descriptions and photographs. Very responsive and both shippings were quick and trouble-free. Thank you Catherine and Andrew.

Superb bracelet which my Wife loves. Very prompt service

Purchased a ring in 2020. I found their team to be knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery was prompt and without issue. Since receiving the ring the after sales support has been fantastic.

Customer service was excellent - I was kept fully informed of progress and received my ring quickly. It was exactly as I hoped.

We were delighted with the accommodation and verification ( still coming). The brooch is lovely and not exaggerated on the website.

Absolutely thrilled with the repairs to my ring. Its a beautiful diamond ring left to me by my late nan, huge sentimental value. Fabulous service, thank you.

Customer service was one of the best experiences I had with a jeweler. Will definitely buy from again. Quick shipping to US had in time for birthday.

Catherine and Andrew were a delightful and helpful couple. They are straight forward, honest dealers who cheerfully and patiently waited until the right decision was made regarding the purchase of a gold and pearl ring. If I ever I needed another piece, I would go back. Thank you. Ingrid

I thought the people selling the jewellery were very helpful and informative and I loved the selection of jewellery they were selling.

I've bought from Thomas Glover for years and they never fail to deliver amazing unique jewelry. Wonderful place

Having found a vintage engagement ring via Thomas Glovers website, I rang to make further enquiries, we planned to visit their shop on the Monday as this was my birthday and intended day to get engaged. Nightmare …. Catherine advised the shop was closed Monday’s, however she asked what we was looking for, when i explained she offered to open the shop just for us to visit and view the ring. How amazing, and so kind. Catherine and Andrew made us feel so welcome, the ring was exactly as described, after a small size adjustment to fit was posted out 2 days later. I’m absolutely thrilled with my ring, I cannot recommend enough if your looking for something not run of the mill. We will definitely be going back to order our wedding rings. Lovely genuine people. 10 out of 10.

This Antique Jewellers was an amazing find for me. This type of business is very few and far between. The items are simply exquisite, original and beautiful. Neither are the prices unreasonable. So many other businesses charge significantly more. Catherine is professional, knows her pieces and is lovely to deal with. Trustworthy and honest. I have no hesitation in recommending Thomas Glover
