I visited The Watch Lab at Crystal Peaks Sheffield today and was more than impressed by the Service given by Trish.
She was so knowledgeable about watches. I had a new battery and clean on my Omega watch and it has come up like new. I would like to say a big thank you to Trish for such an amazing job.

Sarah made a visit to The Watch Lab a very pleasant experience After taking my watch to 3 different places for a battery change and numerous scratches put on it by others Sarah told me to leave the watch with her whilst I went for a look around After 20 mins I went back to be told battery in and to bring the watch back at later date and they will polish the scratches out. Brilliant. Thanks Sarah

By the time I came to The Watch Lab in Fenwicks, Colchester I had been told by various jewellers that they couldn't fix my watch.
Hannah took a long look at my watch and accepted the challenge, bringing her 15 years or so experience to solving the problem.
She offered different options and provided clear pricing. She was very quick and efficient. Also very friendly and helpful.
She also managed to change the bracelet of a watch that had peculiar fixings.
I highly recommend her.
She has now fixed three of my watches.

The Watch Lab in Meadowhall Chris has done a great job again. He’s always friendly, professional, and really good at what he does. Every time I visit, he takes the time to help properly and makes the whole experience easy and pleasant. It’s nice to deal with someone who clearly knows their job and genuinely cares about the service they give.

Received message my watch was ready to pick up. When I arrived at the kiosk nobody was there waited to 1045 but still nobody turned up. Very frustrating as now I have to make a second trip and hopefully someone will be there 😤😤

Most helpful assistance given snd helpful advice regarding my cartier watch.

Took a new watch in to the watch lab in Warrington to get a battery fitted. The lady tried to pry the wrong part of the back, gouged up the metal and scored the back badly. She couldn't get the back off. We took the watch home, looked at the back and realised she was prying the wrong part of the watch. Took me 5 minutes to change the battery myself. There was a purpose cut out in the case to show where to pry. My wife even pointed out to her that she had been prying the wrong bit of the watch. The bloke who worked there was good but this woman is totally incompetent, and her excuse was pathetic and no compensation was offered.

Popped ( as previous customer , different watch ) in to get a quick price for replacing the pins that have fallen out on my wrist strap lock ( Armani watch) Within 2mins it was replace & without any charge! Now that is customer service….highly recommend them .

Took my watch to The Watch Lab in Buchanan Galleries in Glasgow as the bracelet had broken. Callum did a great repair job and gave it a good clean, all in under an hour and at a great price. Thoroughly recommended.

Took a watch to them this morning after being quoted a cost of £255 by jeweller for a small repair and battery change. To be fair the jeweller recommended the watch lab. Repair and battery replacement completed in just over 1 hour at a fraction of the price quoted be jeweller. Fantastic service and highly delighted with their work.

They've had my watch since October and nobody can tell me where it is.

I visited the Watch Lab Trinity Leeds today and the service I received from the lady was absolutely excellent so I decided to leave a review. Her technical skills were first class and also great advice with genuine interest and people skills. Very well done. I will definitely be coming again.

Alex was very friendly and offered us a great service. In 5 min he fixed (resize) the watch.
I highly recommend their services at Trafford Shopping Centre.

I had taken 4 Watches for replacement batteries and to be pressure tested and sealed correctly, however the watch wasn't sealed correctly and let water into the watch I am very annoyed at this it is with the to resolve the situation however it is very poor service and I am not sure they can even repair the damage that they have caused

Xmas eve £3000 gucci watch damaged by incompetent person only needed a battery replacement was meant to be a xmas gift to my wife screws on back of the watch rounded off and scratched the back of the case then tried to cover the scratch up by filing the case only to make it worse they have now breached the warranty with gucci and I am stuck with the watch to add insult to injury the managers solution was to still give the watch to my wife on xmas day damaged absolute disgrace would advise don't take your watch to the watch lab inside john lewis newcastle upon tyne will be seeking legal advice. And still needs a battery.

Josh at the watch lab in MK is brilliant. Has done a few watches for me at a fair price now for my ever growing collection. Polite and professional. Exactly what you want. Merry Christmas.

I went inti the shop at cribs causeway the mall Bristol. Sarah served me.i just wanted to know if my battery was gone, ahe replaced it & did a thoroughly good check on all parts even a compression test,she was so lovley, & didn't even charge me a penny for anything, & said if it stops working, to go back & she'll check it all again. Such a lovely friendly girl.Deff recommend going to this shop.
