The quality of the tshirt fabric is great but the screen printing faded after the first wash.

Print faded with washing
T-shirt looked great when I first purchased, but the print faded significantly after the first wash and customer service was not helpful when I contacted them about it. Disappointed as I expected higher quality for my money

Great customised clothing but can be delayed
The shirt quality and the customised printing looks great. The only issue I had was the delay in my order which took atleast 3 weeks after the Christmas shutdown. Once it was shipped though, it only took 1 to 2 days to arrive.

Postage was all good but white tshirt…
Postage was all good but white tshirt went discoloured after one wear and only near the print. It’s very strange and I’m unable to get rid of it.

The T-Shirt was good quality
The T-Shirt was good quality. The print itself was not very high quality, as the text already has began to fade after the first wash. The postage was longer than any company I have ordered from, and originally the customer service when I was asking about my order was very poor. However, different customer service members got back to me and they were good, and they explained that the company was very delayed and having a difficult time with products because of the C19 issue causing a loss of staff and issues with postage, so I could understand that and believe this company may be good once they get back to normal...if the Australian government ever allows small businesses to get back to normal with these appalling guidelines.
