The Tshirt Mill Anmeldelser 

I ordered 5 custom t-shirts from The T-shirt Mill for a 70th Birthday on 28th May. Confirmation emails were late to arrive, response times to my emails were non-existent and it was the only channel to reach them. Definite flag that this company had no processes in place to streamline orders or provide customer service. I sent them an email specifying I needed them by 19th June, thinking 3 weeks was enough time to print and deliver. I was not informed this date was not possible as they did not return my email. And of course, it was not possible. I chased them on the evening of the 16th and received an auto-confirmation on the 17th that it has only just been shipped that day (Friday). T-shirts are now useless if we cannot use it for it's intended purpose for Sunday 19th June. I have received no response to any of my emails regarding this issue. Their shipping confirmation email included "If however, you’re disappointed in us, just let us know and we’ll fix it, pronto." That too is a lie, as I have yet to receive any kind of communication from them acknowledging their blunder. What a waste of $190. Do yourself a favour, and order somewhere else where you can CALL and receive good customer service. The T-shirt Mill ain't it!

Shirt arrived in fine condition. Exactly how I had ordered the custom print. Quality of the shirt was good. Buy with confidence.

Well printed, it's what I wanted.
Would have been ideal if the back design could have been printed higher than what it was limited to.

Good experience with website and ordering. Turnaround time was 14 business days. T-shirt and print came exactly as ordered however after 1 wash the print on the back of the shirt was cracking and peeling. If I ordered again I would maybe look for different printing options that might be more hard wearing.

Great communication and customer service. Product arrived within duration specified ( wish it was faster but not in a hurry). Will be ordering there again.

One shirt sat well, (RTP Apparel) the other is a baggier shirt (Stedman) which doesn't sit as good. I can’t wear the larger one also as the print sits too low on the shirt and it looks strange. Would sit well on a male though. Nice artwork though, Island Vibe Festival.

My order was late and the print quality was excellent on some garments and average on others. I didn’t receive an email confirmation of payment when I paid, and had trouble with the website and tracking. I had to call several times to make sure my order was coming and I have the impression that it may have slipped through the net.
