I was really impressed by Rebecca, she is extremely intuitive and professional and you feel totally at ease straight away. It took only a minute or so for her to asses and and address different issues with my posture and provide really useful realignment and strengthening exercises. She then gave me the best deep tissue massage in problem areas, that I've had and I felt the benefits almost immediately. Highly recommend this brilliant practitioner and person.

The Therapy Room came recommended by two of my friends so following an injury I booked myself in. Rebecca is highly knowledgeable about the body and she keeps mine in shape so I am to do the activities I love. I now go for a regular lymphatic massage which is wonderful. I have told a number of my friends who have also been impressed.

The first thing that I was told when I entered Thetherapyroom was that there are two types of therapy- mental and physical.
‘This place does the latter’ I was politely told.
After several months, my physical ability has improved dramatically (and consequently my head is in a much better place, but we don’t talk about that).
Rebecca has the optimism and perspective of a saint and inspires me to get my lardy-ass in shape every time I see her.
With frequent treatments I have noticed a steady increase in muscle strength and the reconnection of neural pathways after over twenty years since I sustained a traumatic heed injury (I’m Scottish).
Rebecca knows what she is doing and I feel lucky to have met her!

Rebecca not only gives excellent treatments but also helpful advice on posture, manual handling techniques and general self care tips.

Rebecca treats everyone as an individual and gives you what you need. Her massages are excellent and make you feel so much better physically and mentally at the end of the hour and certainly the best I’ve ever had.

Causes of lower back pain and recent sciatica attack quickly diagnosed and relieved by the therapist. Anatomical explanation of issues involved and a relieving exercise regime that is really working. After a few days general wellbeing and mobility very much restored.

I started to go as I was in a lot of pain and struggled with moving my arms and legs. I was not at all flexible. Once I have been to see Rebecca and Lucian and had started the massage techniques I felt so much better. I was able to move my arms so much easier. I had swollen legs which caused pain these have now drained due to the help and advice they have given me. I can not recommend them enough. They have made a big difference to how I can move and with my atheritis.

My must go to place when I have a problem, always greeted with a warm welcome. The treatment and advice on how to help myself get better quicker and future prevention is always given with my health and ability to do the exercises in mind

Rebecca is a first class physiotherapist. I've had major mobility issues for 30 years. I have seen her every month for 12 years and recently Louigi as well. I can highly recommend both due to experience. I very much look forward to my appointments safe in the knowledge that I will feel noticibly better afterwards.

Have been going to the Therapy Room for a monthly deep tissue massage for a few years and always come out feeling that my muscles have had a good work out! If I mention any particular niggles or aches, the therapist will concentrate on them and aim to put everything back on an even keel.

I cannot recommend The Therapy Room highly enough! I have been in pain for some time and tried everything but I truly felt listened too and in experienced hands here. I went to see Rebecca today and the physiotherapist treatment she gave me eased the back and foot pain I have had for a long time.
She identified that I had back pain due to differing issues which she gave me lots of advice on during and at the end of the Physio session and how to deal with this longer term.

Rebecca is very astute and has a sense of what needs doing within the hr and gets on with the treatment without fuss and made me also feel very at ease. I am going to need ongoing treatment and am very happy to visit Rebecca or her colleague at the Therapy Room again. In fact I often recommend The Therapy room to friends and they have all been very happy with the outcome.

Great experience. Whatever the ache or pain they always manage to bring relief. Would and have recommended to friends who were also impressed. I can also highly recommend reflexology. I have monthly treatments to manage an ongoing medical condition...so much better than taking medicines.

I have had treatments for last ten years at the therapy room and can not recommend it enough. Always can accommodate me to sort out my aches and pains every month.

Thoughtful, effective, and understanding therapist -- asked about my issues and did just what was needed.

Rebecca has been my therapist for 5 years. My continuing good physical health is greatly helped by her sessions. I am 70 years old and dance a lot. I have been lucky to have not incurred any injuries and with her intelligent guidance understand and work with my body's needs .

Rebecca is brilliant doing her job, she is very intuitive and has treated me for many years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s very personable and strong in getting out the constant pain I am in.

After several months attempting to get an NHS diagnosis for cause of debilitating leg pain, I went to see Rebecca. Wish I had gone to her first. Had a detailed physical review which quickly established the likely, complex, cause and proposed a treatment plan. Has taken a number of visits, half Rebecca and half Luigi (they are complimentary practitioners) but the treatments are successful. They actually listen and take the time to develop individual treatment plan. Would highly recommend.
