The Sports HQ Anmeldelser

I have been a customer for many years and have always found my purchases to be good quality, great price and speedy delivery.

The service from ordering to delivery was so straightforward. I was kept updated on the status of my order. I would definitly order from this company again.

I purchased Ram golf balls but wanted so many white and so many yellow but the order wouldn't allow ,so one of your gents helped me out with the order so thank you to him. They arrived quicker than was expected so another bonus.

Delighted with the product, delivery time was excellent, price was the swaying vote.

Purchased a set of junior clubs for my son.
By mistake I selected left handed so needed a exchange, the box was never opened. There helpline does not work. No response from the email until I filed for a refund with PayPal.
They accepted the return and I posted them with tracking and posted a pic of the clubs being recieved by them that the tracking company provided and now radio silence. They will not refund me my money.
I now have to wait 28days for paypal to step in. Just avoid them completely.theres no support. No warranty and no communication

They came so quickly, they’re actually a Christmas present, so I’m not going to open them.

Paid for next day delivery.
Took 3 days to arrive.
Missed my son’s birthday.

Excellent customer service and value for money.

Quick delivery, shoes look great, but haven’t tested them yet to see if waterproof. Won’t be long.

Good looking golf shaft and good price and sports HQ helpful good to deal with

Purchased a set of RAM left handed golf club, initial order was fine, items delivered on time.

The issue came on the 3rd green when the putter head fell off the shaft leaving me without a putter.

I have tried to contact the company several times and had no response.

I have had to open a dispute via PayPal to try and get this resolved

Good quality polo shirts at a very reasonable price.
Travel bag also of good quality with a hard top to protect club heads

Great service, product and price

Easy to order and pay online. Quick delivery. My husband is very pleased with the polo tops, lovely soft material. Satisfied customer. Thank you.

Top hybrid set of woods at a great price. Arrived faster than expected, which is amazing. Great work 👍

I was initially hesitant to purchase a full set of clubs at the price of £199, as it seemed too good to be true. However, I was extremely pleased when I received my new clubs. The product quality is excellent, and the delivery service was incredibly efficient, with the order arriving within three days.
