The Sports HQ Anmeldelser

Nice shoes cheap.

Processing and delivery of order were faultless. Unfortunately, the product ordered was not of the same standard.

Ordered a pair of golf shoes which unfortunately did not fit and also had a couple of defects. But I would like to give a 5 star review for the Sports HQ response to my problem who offered me an apology, a full refund plus a free returns label. Excellent customer service!!!

Good price and availability with excellent delivery.

Excellent service and fantastic product will definitely purchase from again. All the best for the future.

Product turned up faulty, no one is picking up the phone and no one is answering emails. Do not buy from these people. I've wasted money hopefully you won't.

Great company to deal with
From ordering to delivery
All superb

Excellent all round.
Great products, prices and customer service.

Good quality clothing at fantastic prices, sizing is a little hit and miss.
Some items come up slightly small and others came up well oversized

Great value, items rapidly dispatched

Fantastic golf wear at knockdown prices. Ideal prizes for competitions I organise

Item ordered not delivered without explanation. When contacted was told it was out of stock. Would not have placed full order plus postage if this item not available so disappointing. Once chased I did get prompt explanation and promise of refund for item but not happened yet.

I paid for next day delivery, which was acknowledged. But the item didn’t turn up for three days.

Wonderful items all arrived safe next day so very pleased

From looking for a set of clubs to finding them at The Sports HQ we have found the site very easy to navigate through and the options available was brilliant. While colours and price of this set caught us right away The bag and clubs are just as amazing in person as the pictures and description. Our little lady will be well pleased with them. payment and delivery were amazing and super quick.
We thank you for an amazing experience shopping with you

Fast and efficient

I was unable to track my order from the email confirmation sent and was unable to contact them from this link by mail or telephone which just rang out. Eventually I gave up on the link and called the number listed to get a voice mail telling me to use a help@ mail address from which I received the response that my goods were lost in transit but one item was no longer available. I quickly received a replacement parcel but regrettably neither item shipped agreed with my confirmation.
Needless to say I will not buy from them again.

Competitive price. Quick delivery. Excellentchoices
