We offer a collection of Spanish leather boots for equestrian & country pursuits. Stylish yet practical many of the designs are classic and timeless. They are beautifully hand made in southern Spain. As a company we aim and in the most part succeed to provide good customer service responding to emails immediately where possible but certainly within 24 hours (excluding weekends). I love the Spanish Boot Company
This is my third pair of boots from the Spanish Boot Company. They are good quality boots and the staff are very helpful if you contact them for advice. The leather is good and smells like leather should. I recommend this company.

great fit & fast shipping
I was worried about ordering, so I was very relieved that the boots fit perfectly. The sizing guide was accurate! I was dreading having to exchange or pay shipping to return them. Shipping was very fast! My boots were delivered to Colorado, USA in 4 days!

Colour dissapointed ☹️
Bought some boot tassels in the colour stone I was dissapointed as they are a lot darker than in the web site although they are great tassels as I have many others from this company this was the first time I have had any issues with there products .ive not returned them as could not see the point as there was nothing else I was wanting to purchase . There communication by email for the purchase was very good and the postage and packaging was fine as to be expected

Hi there sorry to hear you were disappointed with the colour representation sometimes batches do come in with a different tone. It is difficult to keep changing the images every time we get new stock hence why we do state the colour may vary on the product description.

Sadly I was let down with delivery timings. I already have a pair and wanted to buy another one as the quality is excellent. The delivery times kept changing and effectively the time from order to delivery will be three weeks, I think that this is too long as I was not told this when placing my order. In fact when I placed my order the boots were meant to arrive in 3 days. To sum up great boots but chaotic company.

Average level of service considering the price tag
Delivery and response times aren’t really as quick as you would expect with an expensive product such as this. I haven’t actually received my boots yet but I’ve been assured they’re lovely!
