Aden Borja over at the source Kildonan Place helped my girlfriend and I out with our phone upgrade. he made it super simple and easy for us by providing us multiple deals and seeing which deal best fits what we are looking for. Aden was very knowledgeable in his line of work. would definitely recommend him!
Because I spoke up about the staff tending to people just coming into the store and ignoring the 20 plus standing in line, when I finally got to the checkout, the guy refused to sell me the product I had in hand. Totally discussed with the idiot store manager. I will never shop here again.
I will NEVER EVER EVER purchase ANYTHING from the source ever again! I ordered a printer online that never ever came. No one could tell me anything about where it was, no tracking number, no nothing! AFter days of trying to get to the bottom of this issue, I gave up and found one in store to purchase. It told me online that it was not available in store which is why i purchased it online to begin with. NOW...this printer has crapped out! It is a piece of garbage and because I'm over the RIDICULOUS 14 DAY RETURN POLICY I AM STUCK WITH A PIECE OF CRAP PRINTER THAT I PAID OVER $100 FOR! NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THE SOURCE AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE SURE THAT THIS IS ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA AND WHEREEVER I CAN POST A REVIEW!

I stopped in the Source in La Source Centre Laval to look at Pixel 6....bought a bought a cellphone and signed up for cell phone service. The help from was amazing. They were very knowledgeable and worked as a team. Highly recommend this store. Service by these young people was outstanding!
Janaya Wareham was who assisted us and she was simply amazing, super knowledgeable and went a well above and beyond even removing a charge on my mom's phone that we were told by a bell associate could not be removed and had to be there. It did not and Janaya fixed it immediately. I highly recommend the Source and Janaya for any help you may require.
The experience that I’ve had at the Source is a one of a kind and very unique. It’s one big family made up of alcoholics and drug addicts. I came from New York and meant people from all over the world which says a lot about the source. If you ever need a place to go I really suggest this is the place. They love you and always are there for you. Thankyou Bill, latecia and all the staff. This was a once and a lifetime place which saved my life. Peter B.
Went in to our local Source store in Charlottetown to buy a new soundbar. Found a Sony priced at $201 . Checked on line and found that Best Buy and Amazon were selling the same model for $149 . Brought it to the attention of the Source employee but he couldn't figure out why the difference . Left in frustration.
Contacted customer service who advised that I would have to purchase the Sony soundbar on line to get a price match . They then advised that they had none available despite there being one on the shelf in the Source across the street from my house . I give up . Are they really a business ?
Worst customer service ever. You buy their stuff but they refer you to the brand's customer service for the return of defective items.
I recently purchased an popular item for preorder through the source and although I knew my credit card was expiring soon I preordered this item anyways knowing it wouldn’t be in stock for long
When I got my new credit card I immediately called the source customer service to give them my new credit card information to which they told me that they don’t need because the system had already processed my information which doesn’t make sense because the product hasn’t even been released and wouldn’t be released until October 8 2021
When I called the source customer service they told that they had cancelled my order because my credit card expired my order was cancelled and that they were not permitted to change credit card information due to their systems policy
At the end I lost an item that I really wanted because of a lack of knowledge from the sources customer service staff
If you preorder an item in the source with an expiring credit card and the item does not come back into stock at the source you are pretty much screwed.
I have a friend who could not get to the store to deal with her broken phone. I was in the Huntsville store several times to find a solution and Amanda was amazing! She helped out at no cost, made it seem simple, and did it all with a smile. I will look for her next time! Great experience.
They cancelled my order(ipad)! When I called , they lied that my address was wrong! And, the agent hung up on me! Awful first experience! I checked with my bank and they said that The source refunded you!
Also when I checked the availability, I noticed it is no longer in stock!

I went to the Source in Gander, Nl to purchase a SD card, Matthew Sheppard (the Sales Associate) asked if I had a Bell account, and he let me know after a couple simple questions that I was due for an upgrade, explained to me about the packaging etc...then about a week later I considered what he had told me and went back and was helped by Matthew, he was awesome. helped me pick the phone, and took the time to change everything from my old one to the new one....Then explained how to use it...
Certainly would recommend going to the Source and see Matthew...
My wife and I walked into the store in Lachine on Remembrance road. We were served by the manager (Tommy Lafrance). What an a mazing experience!! We both needed a new cellular account with Bell. He took care of every detail for both my wife and I. No complaints what so ever!. Even other customers who were waiting were very pleasant. Great experience. Thanks Tommy!!
