The products are all excellent, the updates about delivery are regular and on time. Customer service excellent.

Fantastic quality as usual with The Soapery

Excellent shop. Interesting products to discover, great quality.

They are a bunch of scammers. If you try to cancel an order they will pretend you are breaking up yet just before you tell them they will hear you all fine. Tried twice, first time they hung up just after I said cancel the order. Second time they tried pretending they couldn’t cancel until later and pretended I was breaking up. They are a bunch of greedy scammers and their products are fake that’s why the price is low. They are being investigated for fraud just avoid them!!

Great company to deal with, products are always top quality and the cheapest you’ll find anywhere else. Very quick postal service and reply to emails promptly if ever I have a query or a problem. Can’t fault them .

I order from Qatar all the time.. And the shea butter does it's work all the time.. Good on my children's skin

Great ingredients to make skincare for psoriasis

I recently ordered some essential oils which were suggested as a fly repellant. I put the drops of essence Lavender, Lemongrass, Eucaliptus and Peppermint into my diffuser in the kitchen and it seems to work really well at keeping flies away.

I really like the emails with suggestion/recipes of uses for their raw materials they supply.

They always have what I need and deliver fast. The quality of the product is as advertised. They are the only site that I have been shopping from for over 2 years!

Great great great 👍

Quick service, easy to understand website, useful info available, especially free recipes.

Excellent service and fast delivery. A wide range of products at competitive prices.

The worst quality of Frankincense oil in my life. Emailed the Soapery about it, but as I missed my 30 day return period all they told me was that they checked the batch and it is ok. The batch might be ok but I will never use this chemically smelling substance they call the Frankincense essential oil. To make things worse, the Lavender essential oil purchased from them was also awful

I’ve bought many products from this company. All products are really high quality ingredients , packaged well no issues. I now buy all my natural ingredients from here.

Essential oils arrived on time and smell heavenly.

Fantastic quality ingredients, fast delivery and very reasonable prices. I’ve been really pleased with all the carrier oils and essential oils that I’ve purchased. The recipe section is very helpful too.

Fab as usual! Fast postage and lots of good quality items in different sizes/weights. I get all my soap making ingredients here and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Have brought products over a few years. Always good quality and lots of helpful information on how to use.

Good prices, great selection and delivered quickly. I also like the fact that you can get different sizes.

Fabulous products very fairly priced and Free delivery! Amazing! I even use the Castile soap and coconut oil for my horse who has super sensitive skin. Thank you to The Soapery!
