Possible scam do not use this company
Ordered a rug two months ago and I have not received it! Had an email stating that despite being able to order in the sale it was now out of stock and the supplier said it would be back in stock on March 15th. I was happy to wait, then a month later I had another email stating it was out of stock with no future date available. After numerous emails and few replies I requested a refund, I was advised by Holly the refund would be in my account by 7 to 10 days. I waited and it did not show! I sent further emails asking where my refund was and I still have not had my refund. This company is shocking, do not use them.

Goods haven’t arrived and appalling…
Goods haven’t arrived and appalling customer service - I bought two cushions for £125 nearly six weeks ago. The cushions haven’t arrived, the customer service answer phone is full so you can’t leave a message and no reply from my email asking for a refund. I’ve now had to open a dispute with my bank.

I ordered 4 rugs from this company 3 arrived and one didn't. I have emailed the customer service team 3 times and have not had a response other than the automated acknowledgement of my email. I have also tried to call them for the past 3 days and it simply says the mail box is full and therefore I cant leave a message.

Took my money NO product received
I ordered bedding and a Rug! Ref 04Rugs1296136 pay reference. £760.95. Said it would be delivered within 10 days. Despite numerous phone calls which state to leave a message after the tone. When I try to leave a message it states messages are full so I'm unable to leave any! Still waiting for a reply and refund, I got confirmation that the rug was received on 3rd February and I am STILL waiting for a refund. I have emailed now countless times without any reply. Terrible company
Terrible company - AVOID. Excellent prices but we were delivered a faulty rug and the company claimed to have sent a courier to collect it from us three times. Three times the courier did not turn up (or leave a note) and I am convinced the Company never actually arranged anything. We are 7 weeks in from purchasing the rug with no refund or solution. Communication is terrible and untrustworthy. Beware.

I placed an order for £421.67 on 8th…
I placed an order for £421.67 on 8th February. I received no follow-up feedback after taking my money on the due delivery date. After a couple of weeks, I cancelled my order, for which they acknowledged and confirmed a refund would be given. It is now 3rd March, and despite my enquiries asking when my refund will be processed, I have received no reply.
Be very careful with this company before parting with your money. They take your money but do not process your refunds, seemingly until a bad review is given on Trust Pilot. Let's hope this review results in my refund being processed.

Terrible Terrible Terrible Service
Terrible terrible terrible service. Ordered two rugs, I received one rug from my order and the other is still missing! They delivered one incorrect rug (which the delivery driver collected back and returned) and the latest one says its been delivered to a Brian in Bury. My name is not Brian and I do not live in Bury. The number on the website does not work and they have ignored all of my emails for nearly two weeks. If they reply to this review with a "customer service is looking into this... bla bla bla" I will not be surprised. Number 1, how are you looking into it if you haven't replied to any emails and why does the number on your website just ring out??? Might have to go down to Traford Park to see if I can find an actual human to talk to about it!!

Absolute thieves
Absolute thieves. Apparently attempted to send me the rug I bought. Did not receive it. Chased them on phone and email for several days and the only way I succeeded in getting some support was by messaging the CEO on linkedin. After that customer service were communicating with me and tried to arrange another rug. Guess what? Didn't reach me. So after a while I requested a refund via email and to their CEO on linkedin. Big surprise they've vanished. Now I have no rug and these absolute thieves have my money. PLEASE AVOID AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Where are my pillow cases?!?!

I bought a Lazy Linen Charcoal Double Duvet Set, and was only sent the duvet cover, despite it being clearly advertised as a set, and the dispatch note emailed to me stating pillow cases were to be included in the consignment. I've contacted The Rug Seller via email and called several times - their answerphone is full. Please contact me as a matter of urgency to resolve this issue.

Unhappy and distressed
Ordered 2-weeks ago, money has been taken. I still don’t have an order number only “order complete” message on their website when I ordered and paid.
Email from the company 1-week ago to say DHL would contact me. Still no order number, and no contact from DHL. No reply to phone calls or emails sent in last 48 hours. I’m am starting to think this company is a scam.

Bought a Ted baker duvet cover that I thought came with pillow cases only to be told they had to be bought separately which did not make it clear in the description at all not only that nowhere had any pillow cases to match so stuck with a poor quality cover because they want to charge me postage to send it back the price and the quality is bad I washed it for first time very dissatisfied it’s paper thin and the stitching is bad too won’t be using them again it wasn’t a cheap duvet cover

Think twice!!
Still haven't received my order after them telling me that it would be delivered the week beginning the 17th February.
Numerous emails to their sales office, but little response and when they do they fob you off with a date that passes with still nothing to show for it!
I would certainly think twice before ordering from them, we still haven't got our order and I'm doubting if we ever will.

Shambles of a company - DO NOT BUY
Ordered a rug from this company more than 4 weeks ago (31st January) and I am still waiting on delivery. The lead time when ordering said 2 weeks. I have tried to contact the company via email countless times and have seen they have read the emails but still no response. I have also tried to phone numerous times but no answer. I would not recommend this company at all. Zero customer service and they don't seen to be taking any responsibility from the lack of action and supply of PAID product. I will never use this company again and I hope I will receive refund.

Rip Off
I ordered a duvet set and it's still hasn't arrived after three weeks. The phone number is an answer phone and doesn't work as it's always full and their emails just keep saying it's coming but it isn't. I think they're one of these rip-off companies that pay people to give good reviews. Following their response saying email us I have already tried that and we still don't have the item. I have referred it to the credit card company and I'm trying to get my money back from them.
