Coach Gomez was amazing and helpful. He was very professional and responsive to all of our questions. We decided to go with Rehab Fix to treat my mother's low back. She went to the hospital twice were she was given steroids and pills to take after. Things such as walking and lifting anything would cause horrible pain. She now goes to the gym, has went back to hobbies, and can walk for miles and not have low back pain issues. I am 7 weeks into the program. My trainer, Jonathan, is knowledgeable and has explained what is going on and the exercises well. He has been very encouraging and when certain exercises weren't going well, he took the time to re-access my movements and change some of the exercises, which improved my situation greatly. I am looking forward to the next phase in a couple of weeks!

RehabFix gave me exercises that slowly stretched and strengthened my body to where I had more mobility, less pain and I’m able to move with freedom. Thanks to the amazing physiotherapy treatment I received, my pain has significantly reduced and my movement has greatly improved. The physiotherapist took the time to understand my condition and provided personalized, effective care. I am very grateful and would highly recommend this clinic.

I found rehab fix at the perfect time. My back was hurting so much and for so long that I was about to go see a doctor which would have inevitably led to surgery, which I have not heard good things about in regards to disk hernia. One day I was looking at different PT exercises I could do to help with the pain in my back and the sciatica. I found Rehab Fix, and let me tell you my back pain and sciatica was completely gone 12 weeks after I started the program. The work outs were great and they tailored them to each individuals condition. If you are serious about getting help and will actually put in the work to follow what your coach says. Then rehab fix is the best for you and it WILL work!

When I signed up with RehabFix, I was at my wits end to know what to do or where to start with fixing my stabbing lower back pain! I enrolled with the 3-month plan in which my communication was via messaging within the app. My questions and concerns were met with prompt replies. They tailored my exercises to meet my specific needs. They are truly knowledgeable and using sound theraputics, my back kept getting better and better! I kept track of exercises in a daily planner which I will refer to in the future. I highly recommend this program! The assessment session was very informative and well worth the time. It’s a low stress session doing a few exercises to assess mobility and flexibility. Nothing painful and all done in the comfort of your own home.
Sam was exceptionally helpful and is well knowledgeable in his craft with the anatomy of the body and spine and how it functions. My takeaway is the hips and lower spine need to work together or else low pack pain will continue being present.

Great instructor, medical expert, mentor, and person. He really takes the time to connect with people, and help them improve. Provided me with a lot of information to improve my self in a short amount of time. He really values your time, and can present things in different ways to get you to understand what he is trying to convey. Highly recommend.

After suffering back problems for the last two years with sciatica, a herniated disc and a tight piriformis I came across RehabFix, which I’ve followed for a while. I got the guide that I needed to help rid me of the pain once and for all. I must say that the from the moment I received the guide Dr. Grant went above and beyond to help me.
