The Post Lady is such a great service. First of all it saves me a lot of money, but it also feels very safe as my parcels are stored in a secured location in UK and I can add extra insurance for my parcel when she ships it over to me. Always a fast and personal service, nothing ever went wrong. Highly recommended!

The Post Lady offers a fantastic service, very easy and efficient with excellent communication. 100% recommend the Post Lady.

I don't normally write reviews, and i really wanted to share how great PostLady service has been for me since i have moved to Sweden. They truly have been a god send whilst living aboard and still able to purchase goods as many have stopped dispatching abroad. They are very good with communication and l saving alot if money on international postage!!, They work very hard, and they always answer any questions as well as help keep packages to fit container when its large boxes from Amazon. Thank you so much Jema & Team! With Warmth,
Christine 😊

The post lady saves me loads of money in postal fees and she is always lovely to deal with. I love this service and highly recommend it to everyone here in Ireland already.

Great communication, Easy to work with, fast, and with great rates. Jema is great! Would highly recommend!

Awesome customer service! Jema helped me purchase a large item from a UK company, received and repackaged it into a smaller box to save on shipping costs, and it arrived in the US in perfect condition. Wonderful customer service! Very happy customer!

I am so pleased after receiving my first shipment from Post Lady. It was so fast (two days!) and so economical compared to what I would have paid for individual shipments. It makes shopping from Europe an even better option now. Such a great service - so glad I found you!

Love love love! Great service, always ready to help when I have questions, and quickly send email when she receives a package for me. Now I’m able to get all the beautiful overseas clothes!

Great service! The Postlady has great communication and ships like she is a Tetris champion. I have no idea how she makes any money at all because this is such a great deal. Really.

Love Post Lady service! Only regret is not signing up sooner. I’m able to buy from all sorts of shops without paying expensive international shipping every time. Plus her customer service is excellent!

This is the most amazing service ever. Thanks to the Post Lady, I am able to shop at UK and EU stores, B/S/T groups, and eBay to get clothes, toys, and even candy that are would not otherwise be available to me in the United States. I love that my items get safely stored and then sent over, arriving mere days after I request them. When a seller sent me a package without identifying information, the Post Lady was able to figure out that it was mine within a day! The Post Lady is also a magician when it comes to packing. I cannot tell you how many items she was able to get into one box for me, but it was A LOT! This service is worth every penny!

I have recently signed up for The Post Lady services, but even before I signed up they were super helpful in answering questions about buying and shipping in the UK. After I signed up any questions I had were answered very quickly and the whole process is very simple. Now I can easily get things from the UK for a decent rate. I'm very happy!

The Post Lady is awesome! She makes shipping from the UK so easy and SO much cheaper!

Great customer service!

Jema is incredibly professional, has great communication and responsiveness, and goes above and beyond to be helpful. I've had nothing but great experiences using her service. A fantastic and well run business!

I love working with Jemma the PostLady. The post lady's customer service goes above and beyond. Always quick to respond and happy to help. Safey collects packages and forwards on. I could not recommend more highly!

I’ve been using The Post Lady since last October and it has opened up so many shopping options for me! Not only can I shop the cute and high-quality British brands that aren’t available in the US but I can also shop other European brands too! Jemma is amazing to work with - she is responsive, patient, kind, and a master packer! I’m always shocked how she manages to fit so many things into my boxes. She has removed bulky hangers for me and unboxed/removed excessive packaging to free up space and weight! I really really appreciate her services!

Jemma is so helpful and wonderful to work with! She is always happy to answer questions and communicate on the status of packages or my box. Makes it super easy to purchase little (or big) things from the UK and have them sent over to the US. Grateful for her and her business!

Great service! Great communication! Reliable! Fast shipping! I can’t say enough! Thank you Jemma!
