This was the first time I used The Pied Piper for services. The staff in the office where organized and very professional. I was given guidance on the treatment and notices to display. I am so impressed I would recommend this service provider. The treatment plan went ahead with no issues. Thank you.

i had a terrible experience with this company. I first spoke to a lady about my cockroach problem i have and she gave me a quote on how much it would cost. I paid by card details and was given a date and time as to when there where coming. I took the day off work so i could be home for when they arrive. Nobody turned up and i never got a phone call as to why. I had to phone them and got a rude response from a man who said his name was tony. He came across very angry and rude. Every time i tried to speak he talked over me as if i was in the wrong. He never gave me an answer as to why nobody turned up. He said he would come tomorrow and to make sure i was in and he would deal with the problem. no time was given and he cut me off. I felt very intimated and worried about him turning up with that aggressive attitude. I was in two minds of cancelling the appointment but was worried i would receive more aggressive attitude if i cancelled my appointment as he knew my home address and telephone number. So the worst was yet to come. He turned up banging on my door. When i answered he just walked in as if he owned the place. I tried to show him where i saw the cockroaches but he kept looking at his mobile phone. He was more interested in texting something on his phone. He went around my flat inspecting the areas which where infested. He then approached me and explained in a lot of technical terms what the problem was. I apologized as i didn't know what it all meant. He just ignored me like i was stupid woman and left my flat, slamming my front door on his way. This man is very aggressive and he clearly has a problem with woman . I will never use this company again.

We have used their serviced couple of times and they communicate efficiently and book the job promptly. They sort out the Pigeon issue for us and it never came back.

We live abroad but we used the pied piper for a rat problem in our Victorian house in London. We had used a couple of pest control companies in the past but we still kept having issues. They were able to fit us in for a same day visit and the technician turned up and carried out a through check everywhere and found the issue was from the manhole. They installed motion cameras everywhere and monitored the situation over the coming weeks . After a few visits they returned and put a rat blocker in the drain once everything was cleared up. We were very happy with the service and the value for money and would highly recommend their rat service

I have experienced many different pest control firms in the last 10years for a number of different properties & after much disappointment this last year in particular with the lack of detail on required proofing, I researched a number of firms & came across The Pied Piper who I have been extremely impressed with i.e., their fast responses/replies, their frankness & their attention to detail - example; photos of holes/gaps that need proofing & materials to use & guidance on how best to do the proofing to achieve the best end result.

Excellent service. Couldn't recommend more. Had an issue with mice. Contacted a few companies but non of them could solve my problem. Heard about the Pied Piper so i thought id give them a try. They came round within a couple days. Identified the weak points in the house and got to work. If i ever have a problem with pests again i know who i can rely on. Thank you so much guys. Had an issue with mice/rat under the floorboard on the ground floor. Tony came out and put rat poison and a camera to see what we were dealing with. We have eventually irradicated the problem thanks to his many years of experience and knowledge of the issues in hand.
