I've had a great experience dealing with Becky at The Personal Agent.
She has always been friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. She kept us updated throughout and was great at communicating with our landlord, making sure things were followed up and resolved.
Most recently, she helped us with some garden works that had been discussed before we moved in and kept us informed every step of the way until everything was sorted.
It's been a pleasure dealing with her, and we really appreciate all her help.

The Epsom branch is a really great team. We have rented our flat in Capitol Square with them for five years and they have always been helpful and efficient. Letting or buying a home comes with natural challenges and stresses that need to be overcome. It is unavoidable and inevitable, and I would not look for an agency to remove these from the wake. What I do look for is a partner, who can walk me through the process, think creatively, and who shows genuine care for the outcome that I am looking for.
