I've ordered from Paperbox many times now, and every single experience has been excellent. The quality of the paper is outstanding, everything is always packaged with care, and the products consistently exceed my expectations.

I recently had an issue with one of my orders, and their customer service was absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to help resolve everything quickly. It's so refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paperbox to anyone looking for high-quality paper products and exceptional customer service. I'll definitely continue ordering from them for all of my future projects!

Good service and nice quality cards and inserts for card making. I have used them for a number of years now and have always been very satisfied.

Found the company through google, after looking at their website I noticed they offer free samples (I’m not going to denied that the work “free” was the best incentive). So I ordered the 3 different samples and honestly couldn’t have been happier with this as is so well thought, organised by type, weight, colour etc and gave a us the right information to make the choice for the right product for our project. We have also be able to decide for future projects what materials would work best. The communication was clear, easy and timely. I would definitely recommend this company and would definitely purchase again.

An excellent product which I’ve been using for several years now, delivered promptly and without fuss. A really reliable company.

My second time of ordering. Ordering delivery and items all really good , just dropped a star as the top card in one of the packs was faded .

Lovely company to deal with, lots of choice and very helpful. Very good quality cards. Will certainly use again.
