The North American Guitar Anmeldelser

Ben, Kim and the entire team at TNAG are fabulous to deal with when purchasing a guitar. First and foremost, the shop is amazing! TNAG has a wonderful inventory of vintage, current production and single luthier built guitars. The staff listened to what I wanted in a new guitar, allowed me to play multiple instruments, made suggestions and really took the time to help me find the perfect one. Thanks again Ben and Kim!

Terrific service, great people, excellent guitars!

I've hardly put down my new guitar since I got it! It was packed well for shipping and didn't have a single scratch when I opened it. They sent along some free stuff too!

Fantastic products and the service was amazing. A truly high end company, for sure!

Sincerely good people

Great service and great communication. Really appreciate the time taken to get in touch along the way, especially during the testing times of the pandemic. Couldn’t ask for more, will definitely shop here again. Thanks Kim!

Picked up a Furch acoustic online. They helped me switch my order to a different guitar all via their chat support. Purchased guitar arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

One request for North American, ditch the foam peanuts for shipping. They are a mess to deal with.

Super nice folks! Great Service!

I highly recommend purchasing instruments from TNAG. Kim was honest and forthcoming about the condition of the instrument, offered a fair price, and made sure I would get it before a snow storm arrived.
Dropping a few thousand dollars for an instrument you've never played and having it shipped across the country is inherently worrisome, but you can trust TNAG to make this process work as best as possible.

I love my new mandolin.

Love my new Guitar.

Excellent and efficient service. Staff are friendly and willing to answer all queries.

So pleased that I opted for the bespoke guitar build slot. Have just received a stunning, Ryan Gerber guitar. Beautiful build quality and amazing tone. Was greatly influenced by TNAG publicity. Thank you TNAG for the opportunity to own such a stunning guitar made by an outstanding luthier.

I bought a Chuck Lee banjo. I had been wanting one for years! They were nice and worked with me on the price. I really appreciate that. The store has a really nice atmosphere to it also! Thanks

TNAG--can't believe I only recently discovered this guitar Mecca. I'd actually been looking for a Goodall Parlor guitar and the pandemic curtailed (obviously) any ability to travel to where the guitars might be. But upon seeing one online at North American Guitar, I inquired about the process to try one out via shipping -- it could not have been easier. The staff's knowledge of all things guitar-related was and is exceptional. When considering a sizable purchase like this, having confidence in the folks on the other end of the line makes all the difference. So a great couple of months for me---managed to find the guitar I'd been looking for, and along the way met with one of the great resources for introducing guitarists to their potential instruments. Well done Kim and all at TNAG! Rob Reale, NY

Kim is the best! A genuinely decent person who cares about clients.

Kim is a superb seller! The guitar sounds amazing. Shipping and packaging are wonderful.

If there were 6 stars I would have given them. Can't recommend TNAG and the team highly enough. Kim went out of her way at all times and was a pleasure to deal with. Best shipping experience I have had with a purchase of this kind, Nashville to Switzerland in just over 48 hours, with expert packaging. You have a customer for life TNAG team!

The whole process of buying the guitar was absolutely first class. Richard offered help and guidance every step of the way and is a credit to the company.

Been buying guitars from TNAG for sometime now and my recent acquisition was a wonderful Pre owned Collings 290 electric. The team there provided their usual high standard of service and really worked hard to tailor a deal that suited us both. Thanks again
