The North American Guitar Anmeldelser

More than a fair price on my beautiful Maestro guitar, prompt excellent shipping, easy on line shopping and a free humidifier not mentioned but included in the case of the guitar! They are selective on guitars they sell, they only carry guitars that customers can really enjoy.

Thank you very much for the support and speed delivery!
Best regards,
Boris

Hi I'm Berndt, first of all I'm very sorry not to give you 5 stars that actually would fit to what I've experienced so far with TNAG. As I lived in Germany I bought a James Trussart and a Rick Turner guitar. I had problems with the Rick Turner and Richard called right on the spot to get things strait. You were in London then. Now I live in Canada and you are in Nashville. I recently bought an VVT amp and a B&G guitar. The chat and getting back to me about the B&G was a little bumpy but no problem. You were very generous about handling the shipping cost you let me know it would be over $ 60.- dollars. I'm very satisfied with the amp , the B&G has a very poor intonation but so it is. Now after several weeks I get a bill from Fedex over $500.- dollars for shipping ! I'ts not for the money but why don't you check the shipping cost before you offer? I am sure this won't be the last time to buy equipment from TNAG don't worry but I thought you should know. I'm thrilled about TNAG , the Guitars you offer are amazing and Richard is such a cool guy. It would really help your fine reputation if you would send a short mail and ask the customer if he is satisfied with his purcase. Thanks

Great service. Guitar delivered on time very well packaged. Richard answered all queries and questions. Couldn't fault the service i received.

Smooth, Online transaction. Guitar was shipped out immediately, well-packed and arrived in perfect condition

Thank you Kim - the mandolin is amazing!!

Great service and fast shipping. Highly recommend.

Highest possible marks for customer service!

Best management, Most helpful & informed staff. The best guitars on the planet!!

Last week I received my B&G Little Sister Crossroads. I’ve been playing almost 60 yrs. This is one of the nicest instruments I’ve ever played. NAG was super easy to work with. Easy access to credit. They are always available to chat/answer questions. I’m usually hesitant to purchase an instrument without some hands on but this whole process was so comfortable from the get go that I went for it. Glad I did.

The North American guitar is selling great guitars. Jordan was very helpful over the video calls and was able to answer any questions I had about the guitar. I’m very happy with the purchase of my new Maestro fanned fret.

great store, great guitars, great customer service

Amazing inventory of high quality guitars. So glad to find my dream straight grain, AAAA Brazilian rosewood and tight grain Adirondack Collings D-2 that I previously had to go to prewar Martins to find. Sounds as good as it looks!

Richard was very helpful and responsive. Oh yea, I also got a great guitar!

The most positive experience I have had in a long while. Jordon helped my friend and I find two wonderful guitars and he is never late in answering any question or providing his expert support. I highly recommend North American Guitar for incredible guitars, knowledgable
support and very friendly folks easy to work with.

Phenomenal service, great staff. Easy going, knowledgeable and kind.

Can’t wait to go back

It was a joy doing business with Kim, the guitar was well-packaged and as described! Thanks Kim!!

This was my Third purchase of very different style of guitars but just as perfectly successful about ALL ! Excellent descriptions with video and personalized opinions ... but also advantageous conditions! Thanks Richard and Jordan. My opinion is not formal but perfectly sincere! Never hesitate to seek advice from TNAG according to what you play, your skills and desired sounds, the actual condition of the instrument ... you will be satisfied.
