Purchased a theme from them
Purchased a theme from them, not many reviews. For a pro version there are too many glitches and parts that are locked or when you change them, if you can change them still looks bad. Just an awful template. No reply from help or forums. Just steer away.

So bad it makes me cry.
I purchased a template from them.
The tutorial isn't great to follow, you have to assume a lot of things to make it work. The provided code was not complete, it was missing a required plugin to make it work, which means these templates are not kept to date.
But the worst, the absolute worst, is the customer support. They have no idea how to support you because they know nothing about WordPress. They have a single "tag line" which is create an admin guest account for us to go and check it out. But I don't really want you to go and get access to my stuff. Just do your job and give me the proper code with the proper plugins, or give me a refund.
Stay away! Really!

I rarely take time out of my day to write a review, but I have been so impressed with themagnifico's customer services. I had a few issues with a theme, and they were super responsive and assisted me the entire way through. In one instance, they even updated the entire theme file and sent me a new version to ensure everything I needed was available. I'm a big proponent of good customer services...and I feel like it is so rare nowadays. This company truly seems to care. Super impressed and appreciative of their hard work!
